They charge me 55 dollars when I can't make it to there appointment that (they) made for me then when I show up on my appt date to find out they can't do my service because the shop (had) to close.. I still miss out on l that time at work and end up paying more for a lockout code. Crooked

Anyone like me that has to come here of course is not happy with it. But to be fair its my own fault for having to come. So based just on service I have to say it's really good. Always nice and helpful to me if I have any problems. I can imagine most customers or not overly pleasant to them.

Three phone calls over more then a week and they can not understand there role. They are telling me the government is wrong and have said it over and over and when calls were made to the government I could almost feel them rolling their eyes over the phone. The three people I talked to, from start, did not understand clearly but would not listen to me to fix the issue. Government told me to ignore them.

VERY HORRIBLE customer service! The agents on the phone are extremely rude, don't listen and are not helpful at all. Very unprofessional, and give a don't care attitude. They seem not to give options on ways to help and straight forward to just saying No. No answers to any questions and not polite to talk to. Every single time i need to call Smart Start or go in its a terrible drag and a constant fight. Everything single little thing costs money is a big time money grabber, and not done precise on how they try to portray things. None of the employees know whats going on and seem to lie. There is no head office to speak to in person? Every time i ask its a instant shut down without being able to finish my sentence. Took them 5 days to return my phone, with me still trying to get a hold of them via email and phone. This Company" is a complete joke."

Most unreliable product on the market and the worst service provided by any business I have used. In three months I have had my interlock malfunction an incessant amount of times (they have a record yet no improvements are made). The head unit has been replaced four times with multiple tech assessment appointments in between.I have had to miss over 50 hours of work due to the unreliability of this product and have had to invest in vehicle support items as it has caused mechanical failures. The Red Deer office employee openly declares he does not abide by appointment times so the wait is typically an hour and a half, up to three hours. We are given a time and quoted 15 minutes yet this is ignored.My questions are met with different responses from the employees on the phone, where the wait time has often been six hours if not overnight. I can wait in queue, yet when we are told we shall be contacted and this has yet to happen, there is no reliability of the call centre.No supervisor has ever returned a call or an email, nor has there been a response from the company when you contact via phone, email, or the website directly. They have gone so far as falsely saying they tried to call me but I HAVE PROOF they didn't.No other business is allowed to operate as such so I am bewildered as to how this business remains. It is our only option and we pay an exorbitant price to utilize the service yet their product does not work.We are forced to their service with no alternative. I know of no other company that can keep a product as faulty as this on the market without reprimand.I believe in abiding by what is required of me by law as I took action that had severe consequences. This I do not contest.But when it works perhaps 25 % of the time and I cannot even drive to their appointment without incident this is beyond unacceptable. I can't even drive to the doctor's, or work, or my mother's house. I have to test it the night before to see if it is safe and it is consistently in error. How is this still on the market? Where is the accountability?

Make sure you call in after you've had your box removed to have them refund your deposit. If you do not call, or go on their website, they will keep your money.Edit: My release date was 18 days ago, had to call today to get the ball rolling.... Hence the review.Edit 2: 41 days since removal and release date. Still no cheque. Called today June 6 and they said that they will NOW put in mail for next week.They're literally stealing your money if you're not persistent.Will call on Monday June 10th to confirm.

Go to get blow box switched over to new truck. Get told it will be 2 hour wait. We waited 3 hours with a baby and wasnt told it would be longer then 2 hours untill we asker and he said maybe abother hour as he has calibrations to do also so he wasnt even working on the truck well we waited 4 hours. We were in first and out truck should be done forst before calibrations happen

Terrible terrible terrible. Obviously it’s my own fault I had to get the device installed but the constant fear of driving my own truck isn’t right. Constant battle and phone calls with the device not working properly. I have done everything in my power to take care of the device and use it like I’m supposed to. Customer service is terrible and do not have a care in the world for you. Hopefully in the future they solve this problem so people like me aren’t worried to even go for a cruise to the grocery store. Nobody ever told me you get charged for cancelling an appointment either so that’s always nice.
