Stay away, I booked an appointment with Ryan, he promised to be there at 8:15 - 8:30 in the morning. Didn't show up. Didn't answer the phone, didn't reply to the message. I call the office and was told that Ryan never confirmed the appointment. Ridiculous. Just like I spoke with him to kill some time and not to book a service. Highly not recommended.

Today Derek came to my house to fix my plumbing needs. He was very professional, punctual, and exceptional service expecially during covid 19 and the Easter weekend! I couldn't be more pleased! I would highly recommend! Thank You Derek!

It was recommended to me to try D & M Plumbing via a reputable business in Belleville. Always good to when someone does a good job cause generally we only hear the negative comments when working for someone.I left a message & they called back within the hour. I got a friendly & knowledgeable voice during this phone interaction. Booked me for consultation right away. Mike arrived promptly and was able to diagnose issue swiftly, went to purchase supplies, and install within a very short time frame. Some small talk & out the door he went. What a great experience! Called several times. They Promised to get back to me. Never did. Whatever. Use someone else I guess thanks for nothing. Response: maybe learn the difference between an upset customer that's trying to get things done and one that is actually being aggressive. And yeah I did call more then once.
