The staff at the Pickering Walking Mobility location are both professional and personable. Mike, the pedorthist, did a great job of explaining the various aspects of the assessment st as well as helping me select an appropriate pair of walking shoes. I am very pleased with both my shoes and orthotics. The clinic coordinator, Kathy, ensured that I had all of the documentation that I would need to submit a claim to my benefits provider. I appreciate their thoroughness and how quickly everything was done. I would definitely recommend this Walking Mobility location to anyone looking for orthotics or a good walking shoe.

Highly recommend Walking Mobility! From the time I stepped into the door with the reception area to the moment I met Mike who fitted me for my orthotics and running shoes. Mike is very knowledgeable and makes you feel so comfortable. Mike is extremely patient, kind and very down to earth. The reception staff are so sweet! They truly make you feel you came to the right place! Thank you again.

I received the most professional, compassionate and informativecare possible for my foot problem from Dr. Leslie Goldenberg here at the Clinic.Thank you, sir.The Receptionist, Kathy, provided, in her capacity, the level of service that I like to think my husband and I did our best to provide when we were in the working field.Thank you, Kathy.Excellent service of this calibre is very hard to find these days.I highly recommend them to care for you.

I had a wonderful experience. Mike took his time during my appointment to get to the root cause of my foot pain. He knew exactly where my pain was based on how I walked, and was extremely thorough with my assessment. He even showed me a close-up video demonstration of how I walk (which I am extremely hyper aware of now haha!), and at my orthotic pick up appointment, he made sure the insert fit my shoe perfectly.The receptionist was very sweet and so helpful with putting together all the paperwork to submit to my insurance.A great experience overall!

I have been going to Walking Mobility for quite a few years now. The staff is always very helpful, informative, and friendly.Mike Wilson takes his time to address all of the issues I’m having with my feet and provided me not only with comfortable custom orthotics but exercises as well to help me move forward and ease the pain and discomfort of having plantar fasciitis. I highly recommend Walking Mobility to anyone who is suffering with foot pain.

What a great experience getting fitted for orthotics. Mike and the team were friendly and competent and I felt very confident in their care. The initial assessment was thorough and professional. Once the the measurements were taken, it was shortly thereafter I was called for the final fitting. Everything went as well as possible and I appreciated the excellent service. I feel better already - Highly recommend!
