I bought a used Ford Focus from them. The second day I had it I discovered the cruise didn't work. I went back to complain and my dealer at the time Mr. Hurtubise said they could do nothing as I signed the paperwork and bought the car. I argued that the sign in the window said cruise and so the cruise should work. He said because it was over 4 years old with more than 80,000 kms it was sold as is with no guarantee. I called Consumer protection. They said there is always a 30 day guarantee no matter what. I told Mr. Hurtubise that and he said no. I called Consumer Protection again and they sent me paperwork to file a claim. Cowansville Mazda then said they would fix the cruise at my expense ($150). I showed up with my paperwork from Consumer Protection and promised to take it further. It was only after much arguing and waving Consumer protection papers that they finally agreed to fix the cruise at their expense...3 weeks later. I then vowed to never give my business to Groups St. Louis. Dishonest and shady. I had tried several times to speak to the owner but he was never available to take my calls. Terrible customer service!

(3 Months Ago)I have tried to set up an appointment twice through their website service. Once for a change of oil and another for changing my winter tires. I had to run after them to get an appointment. Oil change and tire change took about 3-4 hours!!(Giving them a second chance)Called yesterday morning and left a voice message for an oil change appointment. I'm still waiting for a phone call. It feels too familiar from my experience 3 months ago. I'm definitely gonna find another dealership to have my vehicle serviced.
