Waiting time is fine, around 15 to 20 minutes since it's Valentine's Day. It was our first time here, and we wanted to celebrate it on a different venue and menu. Drink and appetizers were served quick, but the mains took it around 30 minutes to serve. But after all the wait, the food was amazing, and my wife just passed her appetite to eat the pasta.

My daughter and I went in - not our first rodeo- she actually requests this place cause she loves the food there. However we sat unattended ( not even “ we ll be with you in a min” ) not even a water for 35 min. Nor was the place busy. There were new customers at the place and the waiter went and served them all first. I get that the place can be understaffed, however acknowledging your customers should be something on your radar. Not coming back again to this location.

Great Atmosphere with delicious food. Went there with my family and enjoyed a lot. Staff was helpful and food was on table before expected time. Shweta was very friendly and humble which made us comfortable in the restaurant. Will definitely visit again.

I highly recommend this restaurant and our server in particular dakota. He truly went above and beyond to make our meal memorable. What really stood out to me, though, was the level of care he took in making sure our dining experience was top-notch. He was polite and professional, yet warm and welcoming, and really seemed to take pride in his work. Overall amazing restaurant and amazing server. :)

Great food and pleasant staff! We ordered the loaded nachos and mushroom melter burger. Our food was brought out fairly quick and tasted great. I have to knock off two stars due to the cleanliness of the interior of the restaurant and bathrooms. There was a very pungent unpleasant smell inside the restaurant, and if they didn’t have a patio we would have definitely left. The bathrooms lacked paper towel, faucets were leaking, and floors were messy. Overall, the staff are very attentive but the lack of pride in cleanliness of the restaurant is their downfall.

My girlfriend and I were very hungry and so we decided on Kelsey’s as our restaurant of choice. Our server, Jacob, was very attentive and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job looking after 2 hungry humans. The food was delicious and hot. Great job Jacob and the Kelsey’s Team.

Overall very good experience for the family's first visit at this Kelseys location. The restaurant was very clean and the service from the staff was great. Their burgers and onion rings are a must try, and I would also recommend trying the four cheese spinach dip with baked pita I absolutely loved it. The only issue I had was I wish my nachos were better prepared but none the less I would still recommend this Kelseys location to anyone.

Food was really well made, I ordered a chicken alfredo, cheese spinach dip, a funnel cake, and a couple of beers. Dakota was my server, and he took amazing care of us!!! Def coming here again w my girlies.

Plenty of parking. Quickly seated and served. Our server was very friendly and attentive. I couldn't decide what to eat, gave him my top options, and asked him to surprise me. He did not disappoint! The patty melt was delicious and he added a side-sized version of a salad I was eyeballing. We had the strawberry dragon fruit gin smash (double); very good! It didn't bother us that they were out of a couple kid menu items; they are close to Canada's Wonderland, so it doesn't surprise me, and our son enjoyed his chicken fingers. I think we were there for about an hour (could not have been much more than that). Can collect and pay with scene points as desired.

Honestly never had a problem at Kelseys before, and my visit here was no exception to that rule. Food was amazing and arrived rather quickly, server was relatively attentive (a bit late in offering us our check, but was otherwise great). I can’t for the life of me remember the fancy blended cocktail I had but it was simply incredible. Would not hesitate to return!
