Victoria's Secret & PINK

Went to the store on December 08 around 8pm. There was a deal that i was given since i was a member - where i could purchase$ 30 dollars or more and i get $10 off per transaction. I had a few of these coupons from my previous purchases. I brought a bag full of fragrances and proceeded to the check out line. A young Caucasian lady with short brown hair with bangs was at the till. I put the bag on the counter and she turned to ask her worker next to her if there was a limit of how many items we could purchase.Not sure if there was a limit because she started to scan, she started to give me attitude about how long the process will take since i am buying a bag full. All she did was give attitude the entire time, like she wasn't happy to be scanning all this stuff. I don't understand why your brand would promote such coupons and when we decide to use them your staff has a huge stink about it. Also if there is a limit of how many items we can buy it would be nice if you could put signs up or something. Once completed she handed the bags with NO thank you or anything, she walked away from her till and proceeded to talk to the other worker. I spend a lot of my money in your stores and the best your staff could do is do their job in customer service (like being polite). Out of all the stores Ive been too your store staff is the worst Ive ever encountered. This location has terrible, rude staff, i wouldn't recommend coming here unless you want attitude to come with your service.

Good service if you approach the associates. Associates are not pushy or overly proactive which could be favorable for some guests. However, be aware that they only sell everyday and cute or sexy styles. They do not sell shapers or other specialty pieces and bits for dressing in fancy dresses or other formal wear. This is the main reason why a low rating has been issued is because of poor overall product selection.

Not bad. It's not as big as the one in metro and downtown, but I like going to the Richmond centre one to browse. Customer service is alright here, not as nice as the other ones imo.Good thing about it is Pink is right next door, unlike the one at metro.

Lots of selection in various sizes. The staff I've encountered have always been very helpful and easy to locate on the sales floor. A great place to shop!

Store is generally clean and organized. However, my best pet peeve is that their sizes are not complete. I was there looking for sport bras. For the style I was interested, they had 32DD, 32DDD, 34D, 38D...anyway, all bigger sizes! Really? !

the ladies in the store were extreamly helpful considering I was a man with no knowledge of where anything was in the store! very patient and understanding, and seemed to have a large variety of options for lingerie for all styles! one employee mikayla stood out with superior customer service!

Absolutely incredible shopping experience . You just dont get great help from associates anymore, but today Brittany went above and beyond in helping me select the right items for my gifts! She stayed with me during my entire shopping experience and never rushed me or made me feel like she had other things to do!Thanks for the great shopping experience!!

The inventory at vs is nicely organized. Staff are.generally friendly and asked if you need help. The store is bright but properly air conditioned unlike some places. I would recommend some seating for guys while they're waiting.

So much better than Downtown store, more Annual sale items as it is slower in the Richmond store. Will go there now instead of to crowded downtown.
