They made counters for our ensuite and main bathroom double vanity in the Misterio Vicostone, which looks exactly how we wanted it. The oval sink cutouts are perfect, as well as the 4” spacing for faucet holes, and they made great decisions on where the natural veins should run along the countertop. Thank you Craig and team!

I hired Canadian Countertops this summer 2022 to install our Ceasarstone countertops on Bowen Island. I can honestly say that their level of personal service was stellar and their prices were the best I found. They had tremendous interest in the style I was after, they offered suggestions, they respected my time and showed up when they said they would. The end product and craftsmanship were flawless. I never write reviews but these guys deserve to be recommended.

We renovated our kitchen in the fall of 2021. Canadian Countertops installed our Moorland Fog countertops in October. Dave and his team took care of us from the outset. Their price was the best, everything was on schedule, the install was flawless and the crew was first rate and courteous. We are very happy with their work from every perspective. They came back for a follow up to address an issue which turned out to be a problem caused by the plumber with the sink installation. It was an easy fix and they took care of it for us even though it was part of another trades scope. We recommend them highly.

Friendly, family run business and best of all, they know what they're doing! Super accomodating with a quick turnaround time for the quartz countertop I chose for my kitchen. At the last minute, I decided I wanted to put stone in my passthrough entryway. They were kind enough to show me their graveyard of remnant stone and with the help of their knowledgeable staff, I chose a piece on the spot. This got delivered and installed at the same time as my quartz!For anyone needing countertops, I would definitely recommend these guys and would use them again myself!!!

We had horrible experience with Canadian Countertops. We've had countless delays and problems that turned this project into a nightmare. And now it is still not complete. A glaring chip still sitting at an obvious position, and they haven't reply our messages or come up with a solution yet.We originally scheduled the countertop installation on September 12. They had to reschedule because they said they received wrong material for the slab.The second schedule is at September 15th. On the day before they emailed us that the waterfall gable is cracked during cutting and they have to delay install waterfall gable.Ok, Fine. On September 15th, they are supposed to install backsplash and countertops except waterfall gable. And then they broke one of the countertop on the sink side during installation.On September 21st, they scheduled to arrive at 12 - 1 pm, however they didn't show up until 4:30 pm. They came in to install the final countertop and waterfall gable. Again, there is a problem with the countertop over the sink. A big chip/cut on the seam right at the kitchen faucet. It is not something you can ignore, you see it every time when you use the faucet.We are paying 15k for this and what I am getting is a defective product and nightmarish project. We are hit with endless problems and delays where we had to reschedule plumbing, appliances installation multiple times to accommodate their failure. And in the end they can't even deliver a decent product. We can tolerate the delays, but we can not accept a defective product with this amount of money.

The countertops are not only functional and durable, but they are also beautiful and add a touch of elegance to my kitchen. My experience with this company from my initial contact with the owner (David) to watching the installers haul away my old countertops (despite the fact it was not part of the job) was outstanding. I initially contacted the company to ask if they installed on Pender Island. The person who answered the phone suggested I contact the owner to be sure. I called the owner and left a message without any real expectation of hearing back that day. The owner returned my call within minutes. He had a quote to me before the day was out. The quote was lower than the others I had obtained and turned out to be bang on accurate. The timing was better than promised. Within a very short period of time the project manager (Andrew), having arrived via ferry was on site to measure. Shortly after, the countertops were installed on the date promised and to perfection. The joints are clean. The product looks great. Everyone was responsive and polite from the owner to the project manager to the installers. All promises were kept, including time commitments. I have never experienced anything like this on a reno project before and doubt I ever will again. Look no further than this company for your countertops. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I was thoroughly impressed with Canadian Countertops. I decided to renovate the kitchen, contacted a cabinet company with which I am familiar, and asked them for a countertop referral. I was unimpressed with their referral so looked around a bit and found Canadian Countertops on Annacis Island in Delta, not too far from my house, nor my work.I contacted them, heard back quickly and got a competitive quote. I was impressed with the initial response, popped by to check out options and worked with Craig. It was all good --- I decided to go with them. Some 2 months later my cabinets are installed and I contact Craig to do a final measure. The response was quick, the timing excellent, Andrew measured up, and a week or so later Aaron contacts me with scheduling information. In go the countertops, punctual & polite. This is important. At the same time they measure for the backsplashes, and a week later in the backsplashes go as well. The installers were punctual, polite, and I have to give 2 enthusiastic thumbs up to Canadian Countertops. Every step of the process was well done, pricing to measure up to installation.I am very impressed and would recommend them to any and all. I am extremely satisfied with the countertops; they look wonderful and I have nothing but good things to say start to finish.The picture does not do them justice; as you can see the cabinets are not quite finished yet but the countertops are, in my humble opinion, stunning.
