Room was fine, fairly clean but a strong musky/damp smell. Soundproofing could be better as voices and footsteps can clearly be heard from inside the room.The receptionist was very rude, didn’t speak a lick of english, which is fine but her terrible attitude marred the interaction.

Good room, great receptionist! BUT, you pay full price and only get half the service!!! All because of staff shortages. No cleaning of rooms, and you have to ask for clean towels.Apparently it is normal to accept this! Let’s compare this… How would they react if food is served without plates because there is nobody to wash the dishes?? You can’t change the offerings after it is paid!You can always ask a customer if they are willing to reuse their towels and make their own bed, but must be the customers choice at all times. Tell in advance, and don’t confront with such surprises.

October 2022- We have stayed there many times before and had always been very satisfied, the motel has now been sold and we were very disappointed with our stay! The restaurant that was part of the motel is now closed. They serve a continental breakfast….the croissants were not fresh and were very hard as were the muffins! The room was clean, amenities were minimal. Last Time we stay there!

This place was really perfect to stay near all necessary outlets- maxi, canadin tire, dollar store , dominos, subway and so on. Nice and clean space with extremely cooperative staff members. More than adults kids enjoyed the place.Thank you!

Lovely Motel. Close to the water.The room only had one blanket for a room with two beds. The receptionist was nice enough to bring another blanket but that was it. No extra even if it was a tad cold last night.

Simple but comfortable motel in an excellent location in La Malbaie. Rooms were very good. The main drawback is there is no elevator and it you are on the second floor it is a bit difficult to get stuff up the stairs. Breakfast and lunch restaurant under same name and ownership on the property. Mattresses are very hard - fine for me as I prefer this but might be uncomfortable for some.

The facility was clean and well-maintained. The rooms and beds were nice. Our trip was very enjoyable.One thing where they outshined is the outstanding staff (Karine and Sabrina), and they made sure our stay is enjoyable, We received every assistance we could imagine from the staff. they were very accommodating and helpful.Please note, We were a big group of 7 families with kids; So of course we were more noisy than normal. But I would rate them 5/5. Best service ever!

The room and the building were really clean, however we could heard all the notice from our neighbors on the second floor which used to take a shower at midnight. Great location and good price overall.
