Edible Arrangements

My family and I placed two orders over the last two weeks with Edible Arrangements. The first order did not come with chocolate dipped strawberries, which were an additional cost. I emailed the store and the manager did not bother to reach out to address the issue. After calling the store, I did get a refund for the cost for adding chocolate dipped strawberries. The second order was to have an additional box of chocolate dipped strawberries, but we received a box of a variety of chocolate dipped fruit. My mom called the store and the manager dismissed her concerns and did nothing. Unfortunately we will not be doing anymore business with this store. We had plans to place many orders over the summer, but this business consistently makes mistakes on their orders and does not care to even apologize for it.

Normally better presentation of product but not this time. It was definitely not up to Edible Arrangements standards. It was an absolute disappointment for the price I paid.Perhaps the artist wasn’t up to shining that day but I would suggest a different location if trying to place an order again.

Ordered a tray for parents anniversary and the cheesecakes were falling apart, whipped cream/topping on the box. Looked very sloppy. I was disappointed when they sent photos. Because of the nature of the business, they should package better and way more presentable as they are edible gifts. Requested a refund for the cheesecakes but have to wait for a manager to call me back as there was nothing the (girl) could do". Wished I had read all the other reviews before ordering."

Never ever order from this branch, absolutely useless service. They missed the items as well the message from the order, so my son was wondering who sent the birthday surprise and called several people before he could find out. One item was missed. I called on April 6 to the customer service to complain, waited for 20 minutes and they could not find anything so they said the store supervisor will call - no body called. I called again on April 8, the girl was very casual and said no worries I will refund.I said can I speak to your supervisor, she said sure I have left a message and she will call you later. 10 days gone by no one called and I called again and the same girl was there and said may be my supervisor did not see the message but she will call. Finally the supervisor called and said the employee forgot to leave a message for me and I only received it today. She said it is impossible that the birthday message was not there with the cake. Also the delivery guy may have had a bad day so item was missed and she was laughing all the way. She says it happens, and I take it happens all the time, and said item missed was refunded, so end of story!Very frustrated with the experience and all the happiness and pleasure of sending birthday surprise was gone, will never use Edible arrangements!

Beautiful and delicious looking arrangements. Very nice idea for fruit lovers, and people who don't need anything . I have received a package, and just hgav one to singing; and both were very appreciated and enjoyed . I was able to think up this idea, and have it delivered by supper time, all in one day. Very highly recommended for a unique gift! I was when able to phone on my order to ensure same day service. Thank you Edible Arrangements!

I like their pretty fruit bouquets. I'd rather send a fruit bouquet, than a flower arrangement. I wish they would add grapes to their bouquets again like they used to. Also, I am collecting their mugs.

My boyfriend surprised us with treats and a balloon for Valentine's Day. The chocolate strawberries were fresh and delicious and very appealing to the eye. The mini cheese cakes were light and delectable. Each cake was topped with a delicious heart chocolate. What a wonderful company. I would definitely recommend using Edible Arrangements.

Amazing customer service!!! They took extra time to personally contact me to make delivery went smoothly

I was so disappointed! I ordered a tray for my sister in Winnipeg late last night from Alberta and was charged delivery fees only to discover today that the item should have had free delivery as per the website. I called and asked about this and the girl said she would check with the manager. The manager did not choose to speak to me, and just said that since it was same day delivery the charge would stand as is. There was NO mention of this on the website! I did not appreciate the manager choosing not to speak to me them self and leave a young girl to deal with it. Not very managerial in my books. I order every year but I guess that will be changing now. I refuse to give my hard earned money to a company who’s manager can’t even be bothered to speak to a customer. Disappointing.
