I had a great experience at this location. I would encourage anyone to stop by. The manager Marc had great corporate level skills to handle everyone at once. He was proactive and engaging in handling a difficult customer while I was there.

Went in at 5:00 pm with a low tire, they filled it still leaked, well had a puncture on the inside of the wall of the tire, they put my spare on, the next morning sold me a used tire to get me home to put my winter tires on. Fast forward a week back in the city put sensors on my winter tires that day. Can’t thank the staff enough! EVERYONE was so friendly, helpful,.This store went above and beyond! Would highly recommend.

I can’t find a word to describe how grateful I am today. Just damaged the tyre area on my 2011 Ford Fiesta a couple of days ago and I neglected the urge to get it fixed cos I’m a little short one cash, so I decided to keep driving the car. Not knowing a screw came of and started wrecking the tyre little by little till the tyre got busted. Immediately I found out, I call kal tyre and Sean picked up the phone, we had a little chat and he told me to come over to the shop so we can discuss it better. After I explained the whole situation he drove me back to where my car was, got me another tyre and fixed it for me “AT NO COST”. I’ve never seen anything like this b4. I believe this is the only way I can use to appreciate Sean for making the last day in 2020 be a memorable one. So i would like to say a BIG THANK YOU TO SEAN for making my day. Have a happy new year man. Stay blessed

Kal Tire personnel went above and beyond, converting a Saturday horror story into a Cinderella ending. Knowledgeable staff, coupled with fast and efficient service will have me going back for all my future needs.As an FYI, hit a big rock which took out both driver side front and rear tires and rims

Took my vehicle there for a puncture repair. They did an awesome job on the repair, replaced my spare with the repaired tire, and put the spare back in it's compartment in the trunk of the vehicle (which isn't easy).

I went into the store and asked for help looking for rims for my truck and the lady rolled her eyes at me and told me to look on the website. It was the worst customer service I have ever received will never come back to this location.

I was in to have my winter tires put on the rims and alignment. Website says 1-1.5 hrs wait. I double checked with the manager about time frame and he confirmed.I was there for 3 hrs, and my appointment was at 7:30 am, so nobody ahead of me.All the customers were waiting for a long time. Another customer was there for one tire repair and waited 2 hrs and finally gave up waiting.Sadly the manager just went into his office and did not come out during the time when the customers were getting upset. Congrats to the assist manager for taking all the heat and responsibility for her customers. In the end they decided not to charge me so that was very nice of them.I decided to give them another opportunity and called in to ask for a tire change for another vehicle and I was told I would get a call back at the end of the day with an estimate. Never got the call.
