I had to get contacts before a trip and called to see if they had them in stock, gave the specific prescription and was told they had them. Made an appointment to pick them up. When I got there they made me pay $45 to see the doctor for 30 seconds for him to say they didn't have any in stock and I would have to order them but they would not come in on time. Complete waste of time, doctor was very rude, admin obviously didn't check and blindly told customers wrong information. DON'T GO HERE

Dr. Bassam was very professional and friendly, he took time to do my daughter's exam and also explained my husband his results and prescription.Their prices are affordable and excellent quality material.Highly recommend it!

They are welcoming and I had a great eye exam. The doctor is kind, explains to you what’s the problem and gives you tips on how to better take care of your eyes. Excellent service and I would highly recommend.

The doctor was honest, and very helpful, I needed an eye exam for a police application and once it was finished we discovered the vision in my left eye has started to deteriorate ever so slightly, he didn't pressure me to purchase any glasses just gave me a prescription and told me it's good for 2 years if I decide I need them.

Great Optometrist, he takes good care of his patience and answers all questions. I was happy with my experience with him.The reason I put 3 stars for his secretary (the lady that speaks arabic), is really rude and disrespectful. She lacks customer service knowledge and is not a pleasant person to deal with.

Cannot say enough good things about this optometrist and the staff here! I'm a newcomer to Canada and got my first eye exam here. The appointments were quick, thorough, and the employee that did them was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I then saw the optometrist who read the results, explained them to me clearly, and ran through some tests as well as listened to some concerns I had with my vision. He was very patient, very thorough, and is unbelievably knowledgeable. He didn't push me to buy glasses, but I opted to anyway. My husband also went here after my good experience, and Dr. Aabed caught his double vision that even ophthalmologists at the hospitals had missed! If only all medical professionals were this friendly and thorough!They were also so patient and helpful for my special needs sister in law who got her eye exam and ordered glasses. They walked me through all the prices, directly billed my insurance, and gave me all of my options and broke down the costs for me before ordering my glasses. Absolutely no hidden fees, no pressure to buy anything that I didn't want, and my glasses came quickly and within my budget!If you need an eye exam or glasses or contacts, please go to Eyelink! The most accommodating people work here. The exams are thorough and the selection of eye wear is great. They will bend over backwards to give you exactly what you are looking for. Everyone there is so nice and professional. Dr. Aabed is very knowledgeable and kind.
