Is this an emergency department! Really? They don't even care if you have an infant who is sick. Pathetic. Waited for 4hrs. Noone even cared to check.

Worst hospital ever!! Waited 8+ hours in the emergency with only 40 patients ahead of me . If they don’t have enough staff than they should arrange it according to cambridge population such rubbish place to stay in Cambridge with such kind of hospital.

Very very long wait. Minimum 4 hours wait to see nurse or doctor. You get notified when you walk in. I see people in dire pain in the waiting room, either not able to breathe or with serious injury and having to wait hours to even get sorted in triage. We only came here for emergency situation but I'd go to another hospital outside of Cambridge as this wait is absurd. We have been waiting 5 hours now and still haven't seen doctor. It feels as if there is only 5 people staffed at this hospital. Bare bones.

It shouldn't be called emergency because you need to die to get their attention. After 6 hours of wait in pain , was told there would be at least 2 more hours until someone could see me.Overwhelmed facility. Needs more doctors and nurse practitioners. Can't expect them to handle the amount of patients needing urgent care. More urgent care facilities needed in the region.

I didn’t even want to give them 1 star. Be ready to be dying in emergencies and literally wait or “sit tight” (what the nurse said) for more than 4h. Not really sure if they give priority, which would be comprehensive, but no clue what the emergency must be, so my husband cut his finger right open, lost tons of blood and again be ready to sit tight and wait for long hours.

Cambridge Memorial Hospital Emergency Room
The staff here are extremely helpful and honest! I had to go to the ER at 5 in the morning and was able to get help for a medical emergency I didn't know what to do about. The staff offered me tylenol for my pain during the wait and ensured I was as comfortable as I could be given the circumstances. Wait times were long but that was expected with such a large building helping so many people. I hope I never have to visit again but should the need arrise I would be in safe hands here again!

Why even have an emergency section in a hospital. It takes a minimum of 4 hours to even speak to anyone. This has to be the worst experience ever
