We unfortunately didn't have the greatest customer experience with this company yet still do have a policy with them.Our mortgage team needed one simple document from the BrokerLink agent and it took almost 10 days of calls and emails to get it sent over.If we had time before closing to cancel our application with BrokerLink we would have but they put us in a bind by waiting and waiting and waiting for one document that we had no time to change providers.

no personal care at all, just an email and they never followed up with anything,left and went to another company after 40 years I might add truly disappointed

I have had great service with two agents for years but just had very awful service with one agent. She was unpleasant, unprofessional and didn't seem like she wanted to help me. she suggested that she shouldn't have to help me because my last name starts with an O and that's not her responsibility. The agent was asking incredibly broad questions without any specificity and then got mad and frustrated when I didn't answer them the way she wanted me to. We did get the job done but not without a notably bad experience.

This was the first time I saw an agent this rude and impatient! If you are tired or don't like to answer people's questions, simply get a day off. I'm pretty sure it helps.

Handles Economical Insurance which is tardy in clearing policy. Cancelling my moms apparent insurance after her passing was a nightmare. Took over 2.5 months. Actually still not any credit back as yet.

First time calling after the my broker'scompany sold to BrokerLlink, I waited for 10 min + to be told my contact was not in until January and was transferred to another broker where I waited for 10 min + again on the same recording then I hung up in frustration. I tried again today, waited around 3-5 min spoke to a pleasant person but I'll be looking for another broker if this keeps happening.

I have been a client of this company for 7 years, clean driving history and have always paid my bills. This year the company switched insurance providers and plans without informing their customers. My new plan was $100 dollars more a month, that they automatically locked me into. They blamed this on their auto-renew" policy. I believe an auto renew policy should only be used for the same provider and policy from the previous year
