Raphael and his team did an amazing job on my car and hands down to one of the best automotive services in halifax. Quality job , Affordable and trust worthy guys. My first experience here. I was very well handled. My repair was well done at a very reasonable cost. No hesitation returning to them or recommending them to others.

Emergency back brake job took almost a week and a half, and was still not fixed after almost 2 weeks. Went ahead and took payment despite this. Had to have half of the work redone by another company. They fixed front brakes even though they only had 3000 km on them and told me they were seized when I asked about it If the front brakes were seized they would have had to do caliper work despite that not being on the invoice. The back brakes were improperly installed and provider kept giving me different reasons other than the brakes. When a partial refund was requested provider has not responded despite the fact that he would have been reimbursed for the defective drums. Raphael kept telling me to come from Halifax to Bedford to pick up truck and it was not ready. Worst mechanics ever do NOT use them. They might be able to put on wheels but beyond that....don't bother I'd give them -10 stars if possible!

Really Wonderful experience today. My work Van got a flat at 8am with meat deliveries to downtown. No service station was open anywhere near me. I called and explained my situation and a short time later the tech arrived. The tech was very professional and friendly. It was -15 out and he didn't complain just worked fast and efficient. Great overall experience. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic service!They come right to your office and complete the tire change while you work.No need to wait at a service centre for the work to be done.I will be using them for all future tire changes.

I had a bad experience with these guys. The owner misled me by saying tow the car to the shop and it will be looked after at the end of the day on Saturday. A few hours later, the car was towed to the shop and I called if someone received it No answer. I called again and finally someone answered stating that, the Techncian put the note on it for Monday and someone would update. Monday went by no call and I went there before they closed.The front desk girl searches for the key and finally finds it with paper which has no personal information search as name and phone number. She took my phone number and name. she said she would personally call me to give the status of my car. Tuesday afternoon, I kept calling but no answer. Since it's my first time with them and it looks like they just wanted to have the car sit there without fixing it. I went there and asked what parts they were waiting for if any case someone looked after and there was no proper answer too. I had to tow the car from them to a different garage because they were not communicating with me over the phone. Very poor communication and poor services

Good thing is they come to your residence. I booked a diagnostics appointment as I wasn't sure if my alternator was gone and I can't drive my car. Turns out it was my serpentine belt and water pump. Although diagnostic was not performed they supposedly would only charge for the service call and the rest would be a credit towards the repair. I was quoted $150 used parts and $400 new part. I got both parts for $150. Now I sent a text asking for a refund of the credit and have not heard back. Typically they text right back. I'm not going to make a big issue out of it. I will take my loss and jeep it moving. Definitely will not use them again. If I can't drive it then I'll tow it if they are my only option.

I called them told them I need a starter for my car. Told them it wasn't the battery.... they charged me 130$ to show up and tell me they think it's the battery... car is at my buddies getting a new starter now... I'll never use or recommend them again. 130$ lesson learned

Bill Hope and his partners are friendly, efficient, and overall professional mechanics. One time I thought I needed a wheel bearing but it turns out I just needed new tires and a new steering rack. While they were changing the tires Bill also noticed and let me know that I needed new rear brake pads because they were all seized up, hence wearing my rotors faster than normal. I wouldn't have ever noticed it if Bill hadn't showed me and I'm very thankful for that. My car also vibrated when driving above 90km/h on the highway, and they were able to solve the issue by balancing the tires. I highly recommend this company if your vehicle has problems or needs maintenance. They'll troubleshoot and find the problem for you and fix it for a great price, and they work efficiently. The owner Rafael is also very friendly and personable. Overall, I rate Rapid Wheels 10/10, and it will definitely be my go-to mechanic shop. Thank you Rafael, Bill, and the team.-Philip

Over a month ago I brought my rig in for repairs and I am happy to say that the issues have not resumed. Furthermore, the staff are phenomenal as they went above and beyond. This was achieved by keeping me up to date on their prognosis for the repairs, making special considerations for my availability and commute, as well as having friendly and approachable staff. Also, Rapid Wheels' fees are very reasonable and have a fast turnaround. I highly recommend this shop for your vehicle repairs.
