Burlington Skyway Toastmasters Club | We are a Toastmasters club located in Burlington ON, focused on assisting members improve their communication and leadership skills. Starting in September, meetings are held every Wednesday at 7:30 pm. In July - August we meet on alternate Wednesdays

After over 31 years of teaching high school, I thought I was a proficient public speaker, but every week I attend a Skyway Toastmasters meeting, I learn something new. The people are skilled and talented speakers. They’re also friendly, supportive and fun to be with.

Wanted to join a Toastmasters club and this clubs time matched my schedule the best. They claimed to be the fun club; having joined, I now know for a fact that they are fun!Come on out we're always looking for guests. We meet in the Cedar Springs Health club every Wednesday night.

I joined a few months ago. The attention to detail and structure that goes into each meeting is second to none! Incredibly well organized, hats off to all of the volunteers. I am learning new skills, both speaking and interpersonal.Great for those who want a warm and positive environment, dedicated to improve speaking abilities.

I am loving the new location of meetings. Easy access to the highway. Guests are welcome and encouraged. It amazes me seeing members start off shy and not saying to much. Then a boost of confidence and saying jokes or presenting impromptu speeches. Skyway Toastmasters what a FUN club!

I gained huge amounts of confidence and found my voice with Skyway Toastmasters. I can't imagine who I would be today without the encouragement, knowledge, and mentoring that I have received in the club. It's been a life changer. All it took was one visit.

Amazing how effective Toastmasters is in strengthening people's confidence and public speaking ability. Skyway Toastmasters is a very positive environment to learn new skills. Their new venue at 1382 Ontario Street is fantastic.

Although we are currently doing virtual meetings, this Club is a very engaging club with members that are interesting to listen to! I am a member for the last 2.5 years and I have grown immensely since I join. I improved my public speaking skills and my leadership skills. If you have not yet found your Club, join us as a guest. You will not regret it!

St. Luke's Parish Hall is hands-down the best location for a Toastmasters meeting! Skyway Toastmasters has been a stable for a fun evening with public speaking and leadership opportunities for years and decades. Now they have a room to match the calibre of their membership.
