My go-to for dry-cleaning and repairs. The owners and friendly and are very upfront about what is possible. (I had brought in a badly stained item asking if it was possible to clean and they let me know it most likely was too deep of a stain. Which is probably so as I had tried multiple times myself.) I regularly bring them my silk blouses from work and fall/winter outerwear after the season is over.Edited for spelling errors/autocorrect.

We love Westown Cleaners. The owners are very lovely and reasonable with their pricing. I’ve taken clothing here for dry cleaning, pants for hemming, dresses to be taken in and all the experiences have been positive.

Highly recommend! I have altered many of my dresses here, and referred many of my friends to do the same. The owners are very friendly and give you a fair price for the cost of alterations/dry cleaning services.

I live in the neighbourhood so I stopped in to dry clean a few items. Very nice couple.My suit (jacket and one pair of pants) was $18. A separate pair of pants was $7. It took a week to get back.Just remember that they are cash only.

very unprofessional not good with customer service, and when they do something wrong they play dumb as if they didn't do it. I brought in a dress for cleaning a while back that had a lining inside other wises it would be see through and i would never wear it, i came to get my dress and the lining wasn't there!! and they clam that my dress had no lining to begin with!!! sorry but i think i know my dress better then they do. Dont waist your time bringing your valuables here they will just ruin it and make you think you are the crazy one.

Their service is extremely friendly, they always remember my name. They're very professional and does excellent alterations.They're a small business - everyone's just trying to survive. So unfortunate to see some of the bad reviews here.Personally, I definitely recommend them!

I've always had good service with my dry cleaning but for any sort of alterations, avoid this establishment. My son gave his winter jacket (2 in 1) in to have the sleeves of the outer shell of the jacket shortened. He instructed them to ensure that the inner jacket would not show once the outer shell was shortened. After two weeks, they did just that. The inner jacket was showing and when asked to rectify the situation, the woman said it was not made clear to her and that it would be another job to shorten the inner jacket sleeves and obviously charge extra. Mind you, the alterations completed were seamless but the service was poor. Will not be doing any business with this establishment moving forward.

I took two Canada goose jackets here and they did an absolutely amazing job.

The experience I had at Westown Cleaners was abysmal. The supposed cleaners did not adequately clean the women's skirt in front of me and sized her incorrectly. The poor women could not use her skirt she had for her planned event and the women behind the counter could care less, and told her to come back in TWO WEEKS!! Saying she was busy.Then it was my turn, the women greeted me by saying ticket" & went to get my suit
