Pizza Hut Coquitlam
This location on Westwood St is soooo hit and miss. Staff is nice and polite, but 40% of the time your pizza is good but 60% of the time it's just horrible and you get a runny, soupy pizza.I sure miss when Pizza Hut was dine-in when they were located front of Coquitlam Centre. That was good pizza, 99% of the time.

Arrived 10 after the time I was told to pickup my order and had to wait another 20 mins to receive it (3 pizzas). While I was waiting I witnessed a lady cough into her hands and immediately touch someone’s order. They wouldn’t even give me a complimentary dipping sauce for making me wait let alone an apology, and in the end I was given someone else’s order.

Order was made incorrectly and when I phoned the store a rude person said “I just make what I’m told to by the call centre. If you have a problem call them.”The pizza itself was not very fresh. In general Pizza Hut is good, but you can give this franchise a miss.Presentation was also not ideal (they sliced some pepperoni onto the Hawaiian half). Normally I would not care about this at all, but my conversation with the franchise owner left me especially annoyed by these guysUpdated: Changed review from 1 to 2 stars as I was comp'd 1 pizza

Ordered butter chicken pizza with no peppers and a meat lovers. We got pepperoni and... I'm not even sure, maybe bbq chicken? With peppers. When we called to complain, they said we could pick up the correct order. Pardon? We paid a delivery charge, we want our order. And then the stupid new wings boxes were leaking and dented. There is hardly any sauce on the wings. I can't believe they are ok with this as a business. Every single time we order from this place they screw it up.

After the second time that I used to attend the Pizza Hut in Coquitlam located at, 1001 Austin Avenue. I couldn't believe that after 5 attempts to call in a pick-up order, I was finally told they were closed due to technical difficulties and as far as the customer service I received, it was absolutely ridiculous and won't even get into the details of how I was treated on the phone. This is not my first time that this has happened where during peak hours, they cannot prepare your food order.I then called the Sunwood Square location and even though they were a little farther, I was treated with absolute respoct and promptness by the Manager who a;so accepted my promotion code for a free pizza. I'm sorry I did not get his name, but he was fantastic to deal with and a breath of fresh air!You have my business for future orders!The staff was pleasant, the establishment was clean and I highly recommend others to order from this location. Don't waste you time with the Austin street location.Keep up the great work at the Sunwod Square location with providing the food items your establishment provideds to the general public!

I order and pick up always ready in 10 - 5 min. Fresh dough great pizza not skimpy with toppings like some spots. I love the Chicken Ceaser pizza, something different. Always have good deals this week 2 for 1. Love the 5 bucks 5 bucks 5 bucks too.Staff for the most part are polite and quick to help.!!!

How does pizza hut have the audacity to charge me 44$ for one a pizza then be stingy as heck with the toppings ?!Never ordering pizza from here again!Why pay that much when they hold back on the toppings I paid for?

Got the special of the day, veggie delight and the walk in special with 2 toppings. Ordered over the phone and pizza was hot and fresh ready for pick up when I arrived at the store 15 min later. Quick and fast, good customer service, only reason for 4 stars is because we were wishing for more toppings on the walk in special. Overall great Pizza Hut pizza taste

Fine dining it is not; let’s get over that. Fro sure better than Dominos or Fresh slice and maybe Pana. Has Boston Pizza type crust but the toppings aren’t as good or more. Still searching for my fave pizza joint!

I called and ordered a pizza for pick up. I arrived 30 mins before closing on a week day and picked up my pizza and paid for it. When I got home the pizza had several pieces that were only 1/4- 1/2 covered with cheese or toppings.I ordered a pick up special that was 2 topping, square sized pizza with pepperoni and beef.Super disappointing- I'd avoid this location if possible as there are many to choose from.
