Me and my husband have had classes with Luciano for over an year. We cannot thank enough Luciano for being so kind and interested in our needs, and giving us so much attention and care. We could not only see but feel the improvements pilates brought in our health and well-being. On top of that, the studio is very clean and organized. It is the perfect place to workout the body and relax the mind. I highly recommend it!

I highly recommend Luciano and his Pilates studio.Classes are never the same, and Luciano tailors the exercises based on my needs. He also challenges my strengths to go above and beyond. In 5 classes, I already noticed improvements in my movements, posture, and body awareness.In addition, the studio is super cozy, clean, and fully equipped. It is an environment that promotes calm, and it makes me feel good to practice.

I have had the pleasure of spending the past year doing semi-private classes with Luciano. I have struggled for years with neck and back issues, and working with Luciano has prevented me from having periods of immobility. He is very aware and intuitive and caters the session to support any problems you express (or that he notices!). The studio is beautiful and comfortable, and Luciano is so great to work with - he is kind and caring and he makes exercise fun and empowering. Thanks Luciano!!!

Luciano is an amazing pilates instructor- he is extremely knowledgeable and caters his approach to each person depending on their needs and bodies. He has helped me over the past two months very much and I look forward to continuing with Luciano weekly. I already see incredibly fast results after some private lessons with Luciano. He has helped me take control of my fitness, and learn about and strengthen my muscles, especially my core. I started back when i was still recovering from an ankle sprain injury and sore back and Luciano helped me strengthen my core and ensure I prevent further injuries. He is always very careful to ensure I do not further injure and to make modifications or different exercises for the day depending on what is sore/how I am feeling. I feel more confident in myself since starting private lessons and I really look forward to the atmosphere and exercises each week. Luciano creates a relaxed , positive, and very encouraging environment which has really helped me to succeed and improve my fitness. I already did Pilates in Brazil and loved it. After meeting Fabia, I saw that what I did could not be called Pilates. Fabia is knowledgeable, her teaching is wonderful and I don't have to wait a few months of classes to notice a difference in my body. When I drive back home, I already have to adjust the mirrors because the body that came into class is not the same body that came out.Can't live without her anymore! ♥

Fabia is the most talented Pilates instructor! I have been seeing her since I was 3 months pregnant and she did amazing work! During pregnancy she made me calm, she gave me so much information about labour that made all the experience a lot smoother. She is caring, she has a great energy and she is very knowledgeable! I could not recommend her enough! Love her studio!

Fabia is the best Pilates instructor I've ever met. She's the kindest, very friendly and helpful. I reached out to her during my pregnancy and she helped me keep strong and flexible during this time. She also walked me through hypnobirthing and now she's helping me with postnatal recovery. Our classes are customized to what my body needs.

My wife had been seeing Fabia for about a year and was making wonderful inroads in her flexibility, so I decided to try it myself. Luciano is patient, incredibly knowledgeable and very caring. I feel very confident that as I age I will maintain my balance and flexibility under his guidance.

Luciano is fantastic. I am a novice when it comes to pilates, but Luciano makes it incredibly approachable. He spends the time to really understand your needs and adapts the exercises and movements for you. He has an incredible grasp of human body and is a fantastic coach to help push you further than you think you can be pushed. I've done both the private classes as well as his group floor pilates and I can't recommend both enough.
