I had the pleasure of working with Dipaolo to relocate an entire factory of CNC equipment from Mississauga, Ont to Juarez, Mexico and Rochester, NY , USA. Because of staged production and shutdown scheduling this process took over one year and required 49 tractor trailer loads of machinery. The Dipaolo team took care of all aspects of this move including machinery inspection, repair, prep for shipment, rigging, loading, transport contracting, installation in Mexico and Rochester, and machinery start up. Project cost estimates were spot on. Execution was timely, and professional. Unanticipated difficulties were met with ease. This was a large, multi-faceted project.
