Delivery instructions are fallowed. They even made sure my package didn't get caught in the wind just by placing it behind everything I had at my door just doing that little extra is appreciated.

My package was quite heavy and when my delivery guy saw I wouldn’t be able to bring it into the house, he offered to do it for me. Amazing this has never been done for me before. This gentleman deserves recognition

On April 19, 2023 I ordered two oil filters at a cost of $65.28 through Amazon for my Tractor. The filters are specific for the machine. The oil filter # is 798576 orange in color Briggs & Stratton. The items arrived on Friday Apr 21st 2023 as indicated, no complaints on that, however they were not the correct filters. Instead they were # 795137 orange in color and in separate Briggs & Stratton boxes with the # 798576 on the boxes. My question now is, are these filters as good or better? I don't want to damage my tractor. I will conclude by saying if you do not have what a client requires then say so and if a substitute is being provided then indicate if it is equal or better. After speaking with an Amazon representative and explaining the situation it was agreed to credit my account for the amount. Signed disappointed but satisfied with outcome. No photos

Excellent service from delivery person! I left a note on the door requesting the pkg be set inside the first door as it was pouring rain. The driver kindly complied. 5 stars!

Excellent Service. The person who delivered the Package Ring our Door Bell to notify that he/she left the Package in front of our house Door. Other reputed Carrier providers failed to Ring the Door Bell.

Amazing, works perfectly probably better then a store bought one. I've never used a universal remote that you don't have to program it into your TV in order to use it. It's automatic.

Fast and accurate delivery. Love the pictures confirming the address and drop location. Excellent email communication and confirmation. Maybe the courier could knock or ring the doorbell?
