Fabulous customer service and AMAZING work! I decided to use Imagine Stitch for my wedding dress alterations based on the reviews and the images of the shop, and I was not disappointed, the shop was clean and service was friendly and straight to the point! I my dress was already about a size and an half too big and she made the alterations work and it was exactly how I hoped! I loved my wedding dress for my big day! Pricing was what I expected for all the alterations I needed and worth the value (hemming, taking in the sides of my dress, adding a bustle, sewing in bra pads, tightening straps)

I’m so happy and SO RELIEVED I chose to come here to alter my wedding dress. I had gained quite a bit of weight and was so nervous about what alterations would need to be done and all of that was put to rest. Nguyet was up front right away about what we could and couldn’t do so all my fears were put at ease and I knew exactly what to expect. It’s so beautiful now and looks even better than the day I bought it. I also had no idea she had so much handmade jewelry available and came out with not only a beautiful dress but also gorgeous earrings and hair pieces for my big day! Definitely would recommend stopping in!

Imagine Stitch is absolutely amazing!!! I had my wedding dress altered here, and Bui was so great throughout the entire process. It was easy to schedule my appointments, and you could tell that she was very experienced! I trusted her completely when it came to fixing my zipper, fitting the dress perfectly to me, and giving me a beautiful bustle! She delivered! My dress was an extremely complicated alteration based on all of the beading and feather details. The team at Imagine Stitch had no hesitations in alternating my dress and made me feel confident that they could handle it and do it well! They explained everything that was possible for the alterations and even had a separate appointment for me and a few bridesmaids to learn how to do my 20-30 point bustle. A had my daughter's wedding gown altered by the owner. She has excellent attention to detail and did an AMAZING job. She added a bustle to the skirt and made the dress much more wearable for the reception part of the day.The owner also makes one-of-a-kind hair accessories that are absolutely beautiful. Do not miss out on this little gem of a shop!!!!

I have had both of my prom dresses altered here and she did an amazing job each time!! I needed the length shortened on both of them, and an added stitch to the chest for one of them. I will be going back :)

Bui was a lifesaver. I came in with an intricately beaded wedding dress that was 4 sizes too big and needed it taken in. Over the course of four-ish months and multiple fittings, she saved the day. The entire dress needed to be taken in more than once, straps shortened, bustle added and neckline modified. I was a nervous wreck about the whole thing and letting Bui handle it was the best decision. She was able to locate matching lace/sequin beading to add to my gown last second too. Bui listened to my concerns, ideas and wants for the gown, and she talked through everything she was going to do before doing it. Her prices were appropriate for the work she was doing and the turnaround time was quick!

For my wedding dress, the bridal shop took my measurements except for length. The designer said it was his most complicated dress he makes. When I brought my dress to imagine stitch, she explained how she was going to have to take all the beading out at the bottom and reattach it after removing the amount of length needed. It was far too long for me. “All you need is a hem” is what the bridal shop said, but it was complicated. I am a very short person. I could not believe when I got my dress back that the bottom looked exactly as it had when I brought it in. I can’t even picture where the material was cut out because it’s a lacy scalloped bottom. It turned out perfect! And I only needed one appointment. She is a miracle worker and worth every penny. She will tell you what needs to be done with your dress, and if it’s not what you had envisioned in the first place, trust me, she knows what she’s doing. Go with it.

I had the best experience at imagine stitch! My dress was slightly too tight when it came in and she was able to save the day! The week of my wedding I needed the straps tightened and she was able to make it happen just in time. She is the sweetest and was so thoughtful through the whole process!! 10/10 recommend and will be back!

I was grateful to find Imagine Stitch. I purchased my first wedding dress and called into Imagine Stitch with my ideas for significant alterations. I went into the store with photos, she was very honest with me and stated she would be more than willing to help, however with the requests I had made, it would change the structure of the dress and may not be happy with the result.... She said we might end up spending more in alterations than a new dress all together! I appreciated her feedback, took her advice and started fresh. It was absolutely the right thing to do - we found a dress that required very minimal alterations and ended up perfect! She took very close attention to detail and steamed my dress to flawless when I picked it up. I would 100% recommend trusting Imagine Stitch with your wedding or special event dress alterations!
