Amazing store! Staff are great, friendly, helpful & honestly care. They'll ask how my family is. They don't hesitate to order me in a case of something if I need it and they can get the stock.Large selection, produce is always fresh, great meat selection, Starbucks workers in the store are SO sweet!Best grocery store in Guelph. Hands down. They're INCREDIBLE!All the management is wonderful. They go above and beyond!

This review is about the bakery staff. Went to the bakery on Monday, immediately as I entered the staff behind the display looked up, didn't greet me and continued talking to the 2 other staff about how she felt sick, her stomach hurt and the other staff replied You might be with child" which they all laughed. She then walked over and said rudely "Can I help you with something?" I showed her which cake I wanted and without saying much she quickly packed it up in a box and handed it to me. I took the cake and said thank you for her to not even reply and continue talking to the other staff. Now I get it

Out of the 4 Zehrs stores in Guelph...The Imperial store is the best, Eramosa store is 2nd, Clair store is small and the Kortright is only last resort not a great store...

Kulapri (sorry if I spelled her name wrong) from the pharmacy was awesome. She was very pleasant to interact with. I needed a prescription filled fast as I was travelling out of country and she was able to accommodate despite being very busy. Top notch service!

Over priced and usually out of items, generally have to make multiple visits or visits to other grocery stores to complete my shopping list. Their prices are often higher on the exact same items at their partner stores like No Frills (also operated by Loblaws) which makes no sense?

I'd love to give this store a higher rating. The staff are friendly, the store is big and bright. But it seems that lately every time I go there I get ripped off! Their multi-buy deals often don't ring in correctly. Just today when I was there, a deal that was on the tag for an item at the cash wasn't applied and a 50% off deal for a quick sale item wasn't applied. It is incredibly aggravating that this keeps happening at this store. It's not worth the gas to go back to complain. My advice is to check your receipt before leaving the cash, and when they get it wrong ask for the compensation under the scanning code of practice.

At this store, the PC Optimum credit card workers are right next to the skinny path leading to the exit from the checkout area. Every time I am heading out after buying something there, the workers try to get me to sign up for their credit card. Even when I say “No, thank you”, they keep pushing me to get the card. This is EVERY TIME I go. I can’t avoid them because the path to get out the store is very skinny and one-way. I’m very frustrated about it.The other Zehrs don’t seem to have an exit set-up as confined as this one.Other than the PC Optimum workers, the regular price of groceries is higher here than other stores, though they do have more variety.Just the PC Optimum workers, frustrates me so much to be approached every single time I’m heading out of the store. I’d go to another Zehr’s just because of this, if it weren’t so close to home.

I went in for a flashfood order and was greeted by very friendly staff. Staff stayed calm in the face of things not going as planned. Thank you!
