McLean Neighbourhood Park

Great medium sized park. A large soccer field, a baseball backstop, a basketball court. Paved walking path and a playground. Benches and picnic tables. Single occupancy mens and womens restroom. Parking allowed on street surrounding park. Large trees for shaded areas. Close to bus stops.

This park is very good and well kept. Its very close to our house and we go there all the time, the park is nice with good views. It has 2 small play areas and a lot of space for kids to run around. The neighborhood is really quite and everyone i have met at the park is very friendly. There is also a walking trail around the park. They do have fireworks for Halloween.

Went to Mc Lean Neighbourhood park for a walk and to let Bessie stretch her tires legs. Park is nice, grass is thick and holds a lot of water, very muddy in some areas , not surprising after so much rain. It has a nice little paved path around the entire park. One can enter the path via the corner entrance and walk around to the children’s playground complete with climbing structures and swings. Curiously, there are posts with provisions for signs, signs were long-ago removed but in their place, someone has left photos of cars and kittens. Not sure they will last more than a couple of days exposed to the elements. All in all, the experience was nice and peaceful. It was nice to see neighbourhood kids of all ages, cultural backgrounds and denominations playing together in the basketball courts and roller-hockey cage. Leave it up to kids to remind us that we can all get along.

This is the best park in Richmond with the city of Burnaby and the North Shore mountains

Lovely little community area park surrounding a family friendly and safe neighbourhood. It also has an enclosed rink area that is used daily as a mock off leash dog area where regulars from the local community meet after work to socialize their dogs. A+++

Very nice place to walk around, jogging or playing. But maintainance nowadays is a bit poor. The grass level is higher and higher.

Very interesting place to visit.This park is a very good option for who need to go in family or alone to get a relax.You can also do a riding, Walking or running workout.There are a big space for many natural activities and have a snack or just relax and enjoy the nature and their diversity.
