Relatives had these guys for a couple of decades. Failed to maintain the pool as per the contract. Filled with algae. Didn’t scrub the pool. Did not maintain the water levels appropriately. I had to step in on many multiple occasions to drain or add appropriate chemicals to the pool. They were great in the beginning in the 90s and started taking advantage at the end. All talk and no work. Disgusted. Poor treatment of long term customers. Buyer be ware. Watch out for bogus bills if you cancel too.

We are enjoying West Coast Pool services to our pool and spa for more than ten years. We can't be happier than this with their excellent services and fair prices. Our pool and hot tub are always so clean with the best water quality. We highly recommend West Coast pool to everyone.

They’ve done a fantastic job for us for more than 15 years. They are great at both maintenance and repairs.

I have now ordered 2 pumps for 2 of my hot tubs and I am extremely impressed with the customer service provided by Steve. I know there's not a lot of profit in just selling me a pump, but Steve went above and beyond my expectations to ensure I had the pump in time for the weekend. He made me feel like I was a lifelong client and I'd recommend these guys to anyone needing supplies or service.

Great maintenance and service departments. They alway have quick response times, qualified staff and provide good solutions for pool and spa issues. I would definitely recommend West Coast Pool & Spa!

We've been with West Coast Pools since we first installed some 15 years ago. They have always been fantastic to deal with. They keep our maintenance top form, and are exceptional at helping us navigate cost on repairs or replacement items as the need arises.They never upsell. They are fast, effective, and thoughtful in helping us manage our pool.Engage them. You'll never look back and wonder if you could have done better, because you couldn't have.

very good company, reliable, serious and professional over the 2 years I'm dealing with them. I'm finally taking the time to write a review because I was blown away by Nick the other day who took the time to address all the questioning I had about our swimming pool, along with Nick getting IN the super COLD water (it has been the coldest winter ever here in Vancouver) with all of his upper body (head included of course!) to check on an eventual leak. I am still completely blown away as this is above and beyond any professionalism i have ever seen seriously. Thank you SO VERY MUCH Nick!!

If i could give this company zero stars i would! After cancelling service with them they proceeded to illegally trespass on our property to continue cleaning our pool. By sneaking through the neighbours property to go through a space where the fence is broken. We have a locked gate and there’s no way on our property seeing how its fully fenced in. Other then the few pieces of boards missing in the backyard fence on the neighbours side! this is how far they go to continue doing service so they can continue billing you. Just disgusting how they do business, by bullying people and forcing their services on you. They just go ahead and come on your property by any means necessary, when they want No warning just zero respect for your privacy. When we caught the pool guy red handed on our property cleaning our pool, we asked him why are you here ? what are you doing ? We canceled Service with your company.... Instead of explaining why hes here and how he got into our backyardand or apologizing he takes off without saying anything just unbelievably rude. Im shocked by this whole experience with west coast pool & spa.

I’m submitting an extremely upsetting, frustrating and disturbing complaint against your company and employee. (April 15 at 3:55pm) I was on Southborough drive in West Vancouver being followed by your employee in a work vehicle. My 2 month old a I were in a school zone and he was tailgating me very closely and I could hear him screaming at me, then he proceeded to cut me off when I got onto Taylor Way. I have the license plate number when your ready to do a follow up for this employee. He made me feel extremely unsafe by both his driving behaviour and personal behaviour. This is unacceptable and I’m awaiting your response
