Excellent customer service. Came in to fix our switch. Mike was super helpful. Great attitude, very personable, and was able to help us with other issues beyond the screen repair too.If I need other repairs on anything, I will drive the extra distance it takes to get there as he made it an easy and painless experience. Mike and his team are great people. I brought in my ultrasound switch, expecting I'd have to leave it at the shop for a few days like every other repair shop told me. Instead, Mike diagnosed the problem on the spot, decided it could be done right away, and had me back out the door in 15 minutes.Great guy and great customer service. I would highly recommend Crackerz McCallum to anyone in need of electronics repair

He is a kind and friendly person, he fix my order right away before I leave the store and he didn't charge me for it, as well as I bought a car charger from him which was great quality much better then regular Samsung charger. He showed me a great costumer service. I highly recommend this repair shop.

Went to get a phone repair- charging it was becoming near impossible. Assumed I was in for a big bill and was ready to accept it, when I was informed me that all I needed was to get my charging port cleaned for far less than I would have paid for a full repair. The honesty in running this business has ensured they have a new repeat customer in me.
