Brought a sample of my pool water in there and they tested it for free and gave me the results and told me what in needed for my pool. The sweater was slightly green and cloudy and just didn't look rightBeing a brand new pool owner, I really didn't have a clue. When I got home and added the stuff they gave me, my water was crystal clear and perfect!

Spent $200 on chemicals we supposedly needed and pool turned green instantly... won't be returning here. The girls at the front desk have great eyelashes tho. But not sure about their pool qualifications...

I finally saved up enough money to buy myself a robot pool cleaner so I went down to Fergus and purchased a Hayward E-Vac Pro back in April for $1208.00 before tax from Westmount Pool and Spa. I dealt with Stephanie who was great…To my surprise the unit broke after second time using it, I called Westmount and took the broken unit back to Fergus where I purchased it so that they could ship it to Hayward for warranty. After two weeks went bye I called up Westmount to see what kind of progress was made only to find out that it was still sitting Fergus because they did not have a box to ship the unit in. At that point I drove to Fergus and delivered the broken unit to Hayward myself. Its now the end of June and I have still not received a refund from Westmount even though they have been told by Hayward that they are being credited back. Today when I called to speak to the owner she actually hung up on me. I hope this review stops other hard working people from getting ripped off because there are many other reputable pool companys in the area who wont cheat you out of hard earned cash.
