Very upsetting services and very unprofessional. This women let’s my landlord enter my unit without written notices and the landlord has ruined my washroom property more than once. She refuses to take any accountability and points fingers. Caused me a lot of stress because she minimizes issues with a unit and ignores you ever mentioned it.

I have used Carmen Dawdy Paralegal Services for several years. I have found her to be honest and hardworking. She has been successful in getting evictions on nonpaying tenants on my behalf. She can be tough when required, but that is not her true nature. She also has given me some good advise on different issues. I would heartily recommend Carmen!

Carmen has been super helpful everytime I have called her. She is honest and has explained everything to me so that I could understand easily. The most recent issue was an automotive violation. She was professional without the nonsense. Thanks so much Carmen, until I need you again which hopefully is later rather than sooner..lol.

Not pleased at all. Carmen employed a paralegal who took on my case but then became ill and had to leave the practice before my case had much of a chance to get started in 2014. Carmen was supposed to take over my file and pick up where the other woman had left off. We had one meeting in her office which smelled terribly of animal urine and in desperate need of cleaning everywhere. I had to pursue communications with her like I was a collection agent for 3 months before I got a proper response. When Carmen reviewed my file she was not thrilled at the minor fee that she would be paid in the end that her former employee agreed upon as I was not pursuing a huge payout just the fair compensation I was entitled to. I was told she would review my file further and get back to me. I never received any kind of response or communication after that. As a result of the wrongful dismissal I was pursuing and the apparent abandonment of my case I had a breakdown and had became homeless shortly thereafter and was not able to pursue further communications for obvious reasons. I would not recommend this woman's services to anyone as I was completely left in the dark and hanging in the wing with no contact whatsoever still to this day. I can't give an accurate representation of what her services could have resulted as I was left feeling that my case was not important enough to pursue since I wasn't contracted to pay a larger percentage of what should have been my final payout.

Carmen is extremely passionate, knowledgeable and professional. She has a high understanding and experience level in her field. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone for their paralegal needs!

Christine Croft was my paralegal. Absolutely amazing. My case was an absolute mess from a previous paralegal I had. Christine not only cleaned everything up but also won my case. Her communication skills are top notch. Always felt very comfortable talking with her. She always kept me up to date with everything that was going on, was extremely supportive and understanding. Honestly can't say enough about her.

it is my opinion and lived experience I speak from but Carmen is my landlord's Paralegal, and she did not serve us proper notice to enter our unit and our landlord entered, used bleach on top of a fresh pest spray, then my landlord left my door unlocked when we have a ongoing break and enter investigation happening in our building. Carmen ignored her email when we got angry at this situation and then later threatened my partner to take down a honest truthful google review or carne will take legal action, Carmen is trying to take my partner to smalls claims court from our bad experience with her professional services" and speaking on it. LOL. watch out for this woman

Ms. Carmen Dawdy is so professional and honest paralegal. She knows what she is doing really well. I had charged with traffic offence following an accident that I had involved in and she helped me to maintain my clear driving record and the charge against me was withdrawn. I highly recommend her.
