I broke my laptop for the second time and had no hesitation going back to Jay for the repair. Again, a quick repair with amazing customer service. It took one day for him to get the part in and one day to fix, so I was only without my laptop for 2 days total. He is very understanding and goes the extra mile for his customers. I will recommend him again and again and will always be going back to him with any repairs!

Mac suffered some water damage. Jay was upfront that it could possibly need a new logic board which might not even be worth it but had to check.Same night he messaged with diagnosis and a reasonable price and asked if I was ok with it. He never mentioned a price for just the diagnostic and gave me the option of saying no.I just got it back it seems to be great.Great service, fair price and very quick and responsive.

I have given my MacBook Air for service, which is broken into two pieces. He provided me with a reasonable price quote, but after diagnosing it, he honestly informed me that the device was beyond repair. He even explained that attempting to fix it might lead to future issues. I appreciated his approachability and the fact that he didn't charge anything for the diagnosis. Overall, I'm pleased with his service and would highly recommend it.
