Truck Parts Superstore sent this company after me after a product was not delivered, and charge was disputed. Horrible doing business. This is what I call bullying at its finest.

Horrible service. NO letter mailed, just a phone call, demanding personal information and offering no information about why they are calling, cryptic conversation, no attempt to make payment arrangements on an account, just demand full payment by the next day. Ridiculous. Its on you. It doesn't affect my credit" but they refuse to set up affordable payments for even 3 months. "We are here to help" but don't actually help. A useless organization."

They get one star for continuity. They are always harassing. They will never get a dime from me because the cell phone company gave them the debt before I could settle my dispute with the phone company. What a racket. These people are bottom feeders. Never give them anything. Just keep your eye on the statute of limitations.

Don't follow their instruction on the notice, you must to pay to the Bell directly not to them!!! Now asking us to cancel the credit card payment after we made the payment,

A company where the right hand does not know what it's left hand is doing.The operating procedures or decisions are questionable when assessed from a legal viewpoint. Re: A negotiated settlement is a final step whereby the account should be closed thereafter as opposed to leaving it open for the possibility of collecting more money in the future.

To those reading this, it is very important: If your issue has been resolved with whatever company you were having problems with, and they demand a payment from you and are bullying and harassing you, just know that they make commission off payments from your payments. Granted, if you genuinely are in debt and your account is in collections, do your best to pay it off. Otherwise, if you are honest about them harassing you and you don't owe them anything, don't pay them.

very poor and unprofessional customer service. At first time i thought it is a scam. But later i realised it is a genuine credit collector company. one lady there Meiraj, was so rude, litterly she was trying to threat me. she called me on 10 feb. 2020 that i didn't answer and on 11th she send an email saying that you have outstanding balance due $560 for Rogers. i called her on 12th feb. and she said its your last day otherwise she going to put it on my credit. then i request her to give me sometimes at least 2-3 days and i mentioned that my matter with rogers is already resolved she replied me saying that i have to pay today only otherwise it is on your luck. it is not a professional way. she is nobody to play with my luck. She was so rude. i swear if she will put this on my credit i will take strict action against her.or i have one request to the higher and professional authorities of the met credit company that teach her the way how she is suppose to talk/ deal with a client for the very first time. if a client is not agree to pay than it is a different story.

They keep harassing me about a debt that was closed and passed the statute of limitations. I’ve told them not to contact me , but they won’t stop. I’m considering reporting them at this point. If it’s an old debt under no circumstances acquiesce to this company.

Spoke to a representative named “January”. Spoke to me like a child about my outstanding cellphone bill payment. She didn’t give me a final date that she would accept payment until 5 minutes into the conversation. Up to that point I was told that any payment plan was between me and myself. She spoke often saying the phrase “I wish to help you” then proceed to batter me about how the bill should have been paid already and the fact that it’s reached this point means no is going to work with me. It was degrading and extremely rude, it was psychological warfare with someone who knows nothing about me and I’m shocked this could happen in a first-world country.

After two weeks of waiting and 20+ phone calls between Comwave and Metro Credit they still can't agree on an amount. When I asked for a break down of the amount they were unable to provide it. I'm sure Nene Ahuoma from Metro Credit can get a better job that would appreciate her more.
