Party City

My wife goes there to get things for her baking that she can't buy anywhere else and so they charge premium prices. She only goes there as a last resort. She has started buying online more as a result.

Awesome place to get pretty much anything you could need for a party. My daughter loves Moana and I found tons of Moana themed birthday stuff here! Staff are awesome, went here to get some gender reveal cannons at another visit and they were super helpful, even opened up the envelope for me and sold me the proper confetti cannons and made sure I looked away while they rang them up. Sorry I didnt catch the two girls working names but they went above and beyond.

The store was empty yet the staff was really not interested in helping. In a store containing mountains of very similar items you would think the staff would walk you to the area related to your needs, rather than point to an aisle and say it should be down there". General friendliness is low."

So much to see! Whatever the occassion, you will not be disappointed with finding decorations or sparkle to complete your look. Staff are hugely helpful if you need to be pointed to the right area or section of the store. The balloon selection is amazing!

This was an awesome PC. I've been to couple and this one was by far the best. There was a couple teenagera/young adults working so the service was not all that great. They weren't bad, just OK. It seems that they had way more selection than other PCs I've been too. Like Mardi Gras stuff? Cool.

Today I had a bad experience with party city store. On the 25th I bought a costume for my son, took it home and the costume simply did not fit. I went back to the store on the 28th to ask for my refund and return the costume and the manager told me he couldn't return my money because the exchange limit was until October 17th. I confess that I am disappointed with the service until the party coty is a store that we use all the time. Mr Dustin was extremely strict on my request and said that I should have sent my receipt and that it had this information on it! unfortunately most of the costumes are sold out and my son didn't like any of the others and now I'm forced to not I'm sure I'll never go back and I don't recommend this poor and unpleasant service. It's very sad to see such horrible service these days! Is Halloween and I’m scared whit this store! Congratulations

This is a great place if searching for party supplies for birthdays, grad, and foil balloons. We were wedding, bridal shower and bachelorette party shopping. We found a few things like like fun napkins, a quiz game, and a wooden sign but overall were less than impressed with the available selection especially with wedding season starting. Cashier was friendly. Store is easily navigated and lots of signage to guide you through the store.

If you're trying to be Extra-ordinary for your new girl or boyfriend. This is the place to do that.Get them those # number balloons for the gram. Or decorations for the house. If your girl like farming for likes on insta- this is the store for you.

Very helpful in having me make my product selection, and found the prices reasonable. Also collected Canadian Tire Triangle points here too, which was a nice surprise, as I didnt know that they were connect with them for points.
