The experience that I had with designated ride was ideal and satisfying. I would highly recommend DR if your if you need a professional courteous ride home. I will use this continually... Great drivers.

Designated Ride Driving Service
Guys were driving extremely erratically in the outing rain. Speeding 20-30 km over the speed limit. The pickup vehicle driving within a car length at highway speeds in the rain and the driving of my vehicle smokes a few cigarettes before hoping into my car and stinks the whole thing up. Horrible experience and was charged more than what we had set our price on from the beginning

Designated Ride Driving Service
Scheduled a ride for 11pm. Called at 11pm and was told they would be 30-45 mins late. OK. Called again 45 mins later, no answer several times. Called back and was told they were still in Maple Ridge and would be at least an hour. After waiting for over 1.5 hours then being told they were going to cancel my ride because of my attitude (All I said was how is this my fault, you made a commitment, so did WE and we needed to get home). We went with another GREAT company. Do not recommend.

Rates are extremely expensive! Drivers are respectful and nice, but it does NOT justify the price. Rates aren't shown on the website, so you get hit with a big bill.

Worst people and service ever.Smashed my car, rude, hung up on us and then charged us a cancelation fee. They should not be allowed to operate this business or any business of any kind.Can you add a zero star option for rating please.

Over and hour wait when it would be max 40mins. Told us our driver tire popped and I would have to wait even longer. So at an 1hr and 20mins they showed up. Which then immediately was confused about the popped tire. But once they actually came driver was great.

Have referred several people to them, everyone has had a good experience. I've met owner. Remember it's .05% in BC. There are about 15-20 companies out there doing this(so many people are reviewing wrong service - check phone).

I have been not only a customer but work at a busy restaurant and can attest that this is the BEST service EVER. This service is always on time and on budget. I manage a busy restaurant and the alternative to waiting for hours for a cab and having to pick up your car the next day is a nightmare. I always recommend this service and customers always follow up and thank me for having their car at home and want to recommend this service. Designated ride is so professional and courteous. I cannot say enough. Why use anyone else??? Enjoy your event and let Paula the owner take care of you. Best secret ever.....pass it on- 5 stars!!!

I’m taking different designated drivers ones in a wile after party. But this guys Noo...After 22Km drive I had to pay a bill of $89+tax&tips=$108I really think this guys are overcharging.
