We had my three daughter's ears pierced there today. Very informative and ultra friendly staff. This was the perfect place to get this done. Very recommended. Piercing both ears at the same time makes a huge difference. Also, very clean. I was surprised how my 2 year old did not cause much of a fuss. They were super patient with her. Thank you.

Took the little for ear piercing. Was a great experience. The piercer was experienced and really great with toddlers and made her feel comfortable. Quick easy, clean and no tears.

I repeat, do not get your ears pierced here because they have no idea what they are doing. They pierce my ear wrong. It was almost near a vein in my ear that caused me to have an infection on both ears and I am so upset that I spent $92 for that!!! no I had to let both of my holes to heal

Products are not cheap but they break and get damaged quickly, sometimes while you're taking it out the bag! Some magnetic earrings don't even work as the magnets are extremely small. Never got any refunds after complaints

absolutely horrible. my ears (double ear lobes) were pierced almost an inch apart and so uneven. I ended up having to get one in between to even it out slightly. (done by a professional piercer of course.) Do not go here!! Go to a reputable piercing shop instead, for example : Adept tattoos, service is great and you get your moneys worth, never had an issue there.

Great staff, especially Jade! Had my daughter's ears pierced (7 yr old). Jade was excellent...I would highly recommend for any piercing!
