Fetch + Releash Dog Rescue

I’ve been volunteering with Fetch + Releash for almost three years and have had the privilege of fostering 9 dogs with them so far. It’s been one of the most rewarding experiences - not just knowing I can change the trajectory of a dog’s life, but in being part of such a wonderful community. I can attest that Fetch + Releash cares about and values their volunteers. If you are looking for an opportunity to make a difference (by saving lives), join the team! I’m glad I did.

Fetch and Releash is truly a supportive community. . The support starts with the adoption process and continues afterwards. We have adopted 2 dogs in the past 2 years. One required hip surgery for a unknown fracture. Fetch was with us the whole process. Totally impressed!We have become volunteers assisting with giving out supplies to our foster families. It feels good to be part of this community and help give back.. Any way you could help is so welcome. You become part of a passionate rescue TEAM!

Thank you so much for our newest fur baby addition. Teddy is settling in nice with our family. Our biggest complaint to Fetch + Releash is that the interaction was 100% honest. We were not mislead about the expectations which was a honestly not what we expected. They told us exactly what to expect and how to handle every situation because of their transparency. We love Teddy, thank you so much.Edit: since getting Teddy we frequent the site just to see all the cute puppies and read the reviews of all the families happy with their new additions. I have to say the negative reviews don’t seem to be factual based on our experience. The adoption process was all online except for the 2 meet and greets we did that were in person. There is a lengthy online application and a follow up call to make sure we were serious as well as good candidates. Every person we dealt with was honest and transparent to the point that we really were surprised how accurately they new our puppy and how honest they were. I’m not sure why the negative reviews have been posted especially the ones don’t even pertain to the business but I would be happy to share more of my families personal experience if anyone likes.

I’ve volunteered with, fostered and adopted from this rescue and have had nothing but the most positive experience in all aspects. Thank you for all that you do for these dogs and to assist and mentor the people who volunteer their time, energy and home to help. They are truly looking out for the best interest of the dogs.

Thank you Fetch and releash for our newest addition Pheonix (now Odin) . They are very thorough with their screenings, which means they only want the best for their animals. Everyone I spoke to throughout the foster/adoption process has been absolutely amazing! They give you all the info you need to be successful at your foster/adoption, and are quick to answer all of your questions. Thank you SO much!!

I adopted my dog through Fetch + Releash 2 months ago. The process was so smooth and everyone was so pleasant. You can tell they really care about the wellness of the dogs and finding the right match. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go through them again in the future.

We met our sweet pooch through TO West End Foster Pups who had been fostering her through Fetch + Release. We had a positive experience and felt everyone did their best to ensure that our puppy would be in her forever home and we adore her. The volunteer, Robert, who handled the interviews was kind and upbeat, and always responsive. Happy to recommend :)

I only have positive things to say about the organization and their foster to adopt process. It’s clear to see that the volunteers truly care about the animals they rescue. Fetch and Releash is the most amazing dog rescue organization. We have had our rescue with us now for a little under 3 months and it’s like she has always been here. She got off to a rocky start before she officially became ours she had an ear surgery that ended up with a major infection which led to 4 day stay at MOVEH and then another surgery, Fetch was there to support every step of the way. Their help and guidance was beyond anything we could of ever expected.

I have adopted and volunteered as a foster and foster/adopter screener. All of this has changed my life! I found my true passion in life, and an incredibly dedicated and supportive community of rescue volunteers. Fetch + Releash does everything to match the right dog to the right people, and it is a truly rewarding experience to be part of it. I highly recommend them if you are interested in adopting, fostering, or volunteering in any capacity.
