By far the best car dealership. They are led by a sensible and very fair business man (Robert) who believes in a fair trade unlike most (in can say all!) dealerships in Canada who likes to offer peanuts for your car in order to make crazy gains. CB&C helped me trade my car at the best rates possible ensuring the customer gets a fair deal. They are a business who needs to make money to run operations but they find the right balance to make it a great deal for them and the customers. Their General Manager Phillip is a great guy to deal with, highly professional and he went out of his way to deal with bankers to get us a quick approval and the cars were traded within 48 hours. Having dealt with other dealerships, there are no hidden charges and GAP insurances charged by CB&C. They have a great stock of cars and I suggest all the potential customers to visit them if they are looking for a used car in great condition and fairly priced.

CB&C is an outstanding used car dealership with a large variety of cars to suit everyone's style and budget. My wife and I went there to see a 2015 BMW 328d xDrive for our daughter. Lo and behold, we met Phil who came out and showed the car inside and out, took us for a test drive and shared all the details about the car. After the test drive, he gave us privacy to discuss between us to make a decision. It was a very decisive and informed decision and we went back in and in 20 mins came out with paperwork. Phil was amazing and he told us he would take personal care to ensure the car would be in perfect delivery condition. The following week we went to pick up and were amazed by the detailing and taking care of every small details. In 30 years of living in GTA, this was the first used car dealership that I had the best experience of busying a car. Thank you Phil!

Where do I start I made a call to talk about a camaro they had and phil answered and we chatted about the car phil went above and beyond to answer every question I had he even did a video of the car for me and then took it to a car wash to check for dents and scratches.We then made a deal on the car and he brought it to get detailed as we had to wait a week on the transport for delivery it sat and we had freezing rain and bad weather well out of no where he had it cleaned again.Phil has called me more then a few times just to make sure I was happy There customer service is a 10 star.Thank you so much I highly recommend cb&c great service. Amazing Dealership !!! Number 1 for sure in Ontario. I have many cars and I read all the good reviews on here before purchasing my new BMW 740LI M, fully loaded 5 buttons as options very very rare car. Both Philip and Robert were so nice, did not pressure me at all, took me for a very nice long test drive to show me the car well. They gave be a super amazing deal on it as well. On top of that they really went above and beyond to repair a small issue with the car, which I am very sure other dealers would've tell me to go away, but those guy really stand for thier word, just amazing..I`ll recommend to others , family and friends they are way superior to other car dealers.
