This team is stellar. I've had my 2020 Crosstrek now for a little over a month and, it sure drives like I had dreamt it would.. My experience was thorough from beginning to end. The process was smooth, and I am very pleased with the service I received from each associate. As a first time buyer, I was pleasantly surprised at how the team was able to leverage support in making this a stress-free, and low-pressure experience for me. I just bought my first new vehicle, a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek, from Paolo and his team at Jim Pattison Subaru and the experience was fabulous from the start. Paolo was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and very responsive to all my questions throughout the entire process. John in the financing department was also great and very thorough with the financing process, and I would not hesitate to recommend Paolo and John and everyone at Pattison Subaru to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle. Definitely deserving of a five-star review!

Part #1I tend to pick my sales person. This time I picked Andrew. He was great vary attentive and personable. He answered all my questions and made the buying experience seamless and painless. This is my 4th CrossTrek. All previous were Orange Limited. This one is Pure Red. I think it’s my favourite! The service department is top notch. There was a couple of small issues but they made it 100% perfect. If my wife didn’t love her Jeep so much we would be buying another Subaru from Andrew!Thanks again Guys you all rock!Part #2 Dec 2022Well I started looking for another Subaru. I started the process. Sales manager Nick was more than happy to help me out in choosing my next Subaru. We Finally landed on a black outback, Onyx edition. This is my first outback, but my 6th Subaru and I have to say I think this best package. The Onyx edition gives you a lot of the characteristics that are in the wilderness addition without the price and the turbo. Of course, I want a turbo, but I don’t need a turbo lol. Nick and his team are so super helpful. Just like my first purchase. I highly recommend Jim Patterson Subaru.Thanks Guys!Shane Mackenzie

We purchased a vehicle a few weeks ago, were happy with the vehicle but the process of taking delivery arguably used high pressure sales tactics. We waited for 6 months with a deposit on a car, only to be asked day of delivery while exchanging money if we are interested in extended warranties of a considerable expense (add roughly 10% to the out the door cost). At that time, the specific details of these warranties was not made clear. Instead of transparently being offered as a third party warranty product, the details were presented on a single sheet of paper simply letterheaded as Jim Pattison Subaru" which could be misleading. These are not Subaru Canada products

I can't imagine a better car buying experience than i had at Jim Pattison Subaru Victoria. Sean, Craig, and the whole team were super friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. They greeted us when we arrived. Everything was low pressure and we felt at ease when making our decision. We purchased a 2022 Ascent and are very pleased so far. Bought a vehicle September 2022, needed a new antenna, part was on back order and was feeling frustrated for 2 months when Sales Manager Derek and Parts Manager Cody found a solution and was resolved to my satisfaction. Best customer service dealership on the Island, thank you, wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership.

I am a new guest to Subaru, I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and have been satisfied with them all. Initially, I was very pleased with my brand new 2021 Subaru Forester Touring. After owning the vehicle for several months, I noticed some quality issues such as large pieces of dust getting in behind the gauge cluster and the middle console touch screen also having dust behind the screen. My home is in a fresh air dust free environment and am confused why this happened.I took my vehicle to Jim Pattinson Subaru Victoria to rectify these issues. None could be solved and the dealership claimed to have contacted Subaru Canada to see what could be done. The dealership said they would do nothing.I am so disappointed that I almost want to return the vehicle or sell it.

After being quoted $1200 for service, I received a bill of $1700 with no substantive reason why. Being a female, I feel that I was given the run around. After questioning the bill, $100 was quickly taken off, which made me question the validation of the entire bill. Having lost my mother to cancer six weeks ago and dealing with a palliative husband, I didn’t have the energy to fight this further. I will definitely try to avoid using their service department going forwards
