The store is usually great. Good luck trying to book a vaccine booster app. It is impossible to book online as there are no available timeslots. I managed to get one, and waited a month for the app, but they couldn't find it in their system. Could have been me, but I was very sure I booked the correct location and time. Really disappointed, especially with the customer service provided by the bearded pharmacist.

The Pharmacist is the worst and a nightmare to deal with. Very bad attitude and they don't seem to really care. Seem to only care about getting a pay check. Well worth find any other Pharmacy in this city than to deal with this place.

Today I dropped my wallet at this shoppers and two employees worked fast to find my phone number through the pharmacy to get it back to me. I am so so appreciative and want you to know you have a wonderful and honest staff! The one lady was Janet and unfortunately I didn’t get the other lady’s name and she wouldn’t take my money as a reward for finding it all she wanted was a hug. That made my day for sure

I would rather give minus! They have plenty of staff and i don’t know why they take so long to give the medication. Just 10 tablets, prescribed by their pharmacist. I was told to come back in half and hour later on i was told come back again after 10 more minutes. I told i have to go to work only to hear from the staff, well you can tomorrow tomorrow then.

The pharmacy is a nightmare. I was the second in line and still waited 20 minutes. They faxed my refill request to my doctors old number multiple times so I went a week without my meds because they kept saying my doctor wasn't replying. I also once had a prescription faxed, showed up 1.5 hours later and it hadn't been taken off the fax machine and I was told there was no way they'd get it filled in the next hour before they closed. It would be one thing if it was just a routine refill but it was for a medication to treat an acute problem. I get everything healthcare related is insanely busy but hire more staff so you can provide adequate services.

Nancy in the pharmacy was absolutely wonderful. I came in for a refill only to find out my pharmacy had transferred my most important prescription to a different Shopper's. I ended up having to have my boyfriend pick it up there for me, but she called me later to make sure I had it and to ask if I wanted her to call and have them transfer it. They seem understaffed and very busy so wait times can be long, but in my experience they're willing to go above and beyond to help you out.

Amanda in beauty section is amazing at her job. We went to get a perfume today at shoppers and she is absolutely wonderful and very helpful. She is the best worker with excellent customer service skills I have ever met at shoppers.
