They stole our 2 dollars. The child wanted to ride on this attraction. They threw in a dollar, but it didn't work. My husband asked the staff - he was told that $2 was needed. We threw in more. But the car did not turn on. We called the staff - they told us that it must have broken." But the sign was hung only after our request! We asked for a refund

The price, space, and customer service was actually excellent 5/5. We had a great time, and the space we chose was pretty big. The staff was flexible, understanding, and accommodating. Other customers kept on crashing into our space though, but it's not the facility's fault. Just fair warning to other customers. Our biggest issue with this place is that it just doesn't seem as clean as other play areas; I would rate the cleanliness a 2/5. The shoe area just gets so wild during busy times, and ALL of the carpet and foams, especially in the front, are so dirty. I'm fully aware that there is a level of expectation when it comes to an indoor play area with socks, but honestly, most of my guests commented on how dirty this place was - and we are ALL parents of toddlers. Had a great time, but the cleanliness really turned us off. Not sure if we are coming back to this place, but thank you for a wonderful time!

Fun place for kids during the rainy season. They have a few unique aspects compared to other indoor play areas, including: rock climbing wall, a dark room with black lights and a bumper car area (the cars were not working the day we went). Lots of parking but the main entrance can be tricky to find as there is a door by “No Frills” that seems like the entrance but is just an emergency exit.

Had our son's birthday party there today, staff were very accommodating and friendly. Place gets a fair bit busy after a bit but overall good. Reason I gave 4 stars is they could answer the phone quicker as I tried to call a few days ago and it took three attempts to get through and they could offer more perks like coffee and drink stations to rent. Place is very clean and a great place to have a birthday.

The place is good for keeping kids busy as long as you don't mind the lack of hygiene. Dirty floors, wet floors in bathroom, no paper towels to wipe your hands after washing. No sanitizers. Staff are well.. more like pieces of furniture.. no greeting, no effort in customer service and not visible either. The music in the dark room is so loud you can't hear your child calling out for you. Common play abby, you are so disappointing.

Just a typical playground for kids, friendly staffs and it's not too crowded but they have capacity limit. So, if it's full. You have to wait until someone leaves and you'll be allowed to enter. It also has lots of party rooms.

So $50 for ten tickets which you could use in future. Prices were affordable for parents and hence parents loved to hangout here.Please take my review as a feedback and hope you guys consider reducing prices considerably so parents can afford and hangout here more often.With the new pricing I don’t think I will come here more than once a month or two months.

Wow, our first time there and we will definitely go back again and again..hehehe.. So much fun for the whole family!Really good customer service! So nice and friendly. Clean that is really important to me, everywhere clean made me so happy. And they even clean and wipe around, love that!Have locker to put my stuffs. My toddlers were so happy running around everywhere plus pretty safe for her to go without me when I am too slow, so much fun for the whole family even me and my husband had a good time and good exercise too.. hehehe.. Pretty happy with the price, really reasonable! So see you again soon

Customer service was nice, there is just a small area for toddlers. The play area is large but not very much to do in it. It's like a McDonald's play place. Kind pricy for that.

Love this place for kids! My 6 year old has a blast here, he can spend hours running up and down and through everything. My 2 year old loves it too, but he's not quite ready to climb up the big fixtures, I only wish there was a little more for babies" to do there

We booked the surrey place (all of it) to celebrate our child's birthday party in January.We were promised by the owner/manager Katherine via email the whole place would be ours and will not be open to the public for the duration of our party. We were surprised to see them not close to public.When we spoke to the 2 young girls at the counter, they called the Manager who offered us a one time free pass" as an apology. We were not trying to get anything from them
