Good clean facility. Latches on the overhead doors are a bit trickey to line up for the lock to be inserted.

The location is great. The staff is great. The storage facility is clean and well organized. The price per month is reasonable...what more could u need? Would go back if I needed to store some more stuff.

My unit was broken into and our belongings were stolen. The lock was tempered with the staff could not even get it open they had to drill the lock open which destroyed evidence of tampering. When we asked for help we were told they only keep 2 weeks of surveillance and they only check the cameras when there is and incident but my unit did not qualify as an incident because they didnt wanna even check the cameras they were confident that our unit was not broken into pretty weird. They also said that our missing belongings is not there responsibility if we have insurance they will cover it. this matter is in police hands at the moment Just a heads up for anyone needing to store anything that has irreplaceable value i suggest you find a differnt facility. Our stuff is gone and theres nothing we can do about it . Please dont store sentimental items at this place.
