Placed an order for Hills Dog food. Female took info and told me to come back following Thurs to pick up. Called at 1pm, owner says he hasn't emptied the skit. Took my info and says he'll call back in 1 hour. 2 hours later I called back and he still hadn't emptied the skit and had the audacity to ask for my info again. HINT...he obviously didn't take it down the first time. Went to Pet Smart the following day. They give discounts and points.

The owners here are amazing, ignore the bad reviews. They literally go above and beyond to get the best stuff for your pets, they won’t try to up sell you things you don’t need, their best interest is always in your animal. I’ve been going here for years and will only go to this pet valu because of how sweet these people are. So sorry to hear about Hunter, the community misses him deeply. ❤️

Everything is pretty stocked even if only one in stock. I love how everything was very easy to find and all. Cashier was on the phone for quite some time. Idk with who. Didn't ask for my membership or anything. Just scanned and gave me back

Pet friendly, do be careful because they have a cat the runs around the shop if your furry friend loves to chase cats make sure you keep them on a leash

Warning ⚠️ Rude staff! The best location is Front street . I literally travel half way across the city to that location.

If I could give this location Zero stars I would.Very unpleasant experience from an older male sales clerk who doesn’t understand what customer service entails. First time he was very rude telling me he would not accept the valid manufactures coupon when purchasing a big bag of dog Blue Buffalo dog food. He stated they accepted coupons from past customers and turned out not to be valid and therefore refused it.The second experience was recently two months after the first encounter. My wife went to return a small bag of dog food due to our 5 month old puppy developing rash, Taste of the Wild from another location purchased previous day. The same older male pretended to accept the return only to tell her he was unable to return it. He stated the barcode on the receipt was not scanning in the system and urged her to return the item to the original location which was bought from.I'm definitely not happy with this customer experience and have taken by business to a nearby location where they honor their corporate policies and procedures.

Very unpleasant experience from a guy sales clerk who don't know how to talk properly to a customer over the phone. I was just asking if they can replace the pack of Hay that my niece have brought for my rabbit as a gift, that almost half of it is rotten. I have ask what is the best thing to do. Instead of explaining properly and in a nice way, he was mad and hang up on me while I was still talking on the phone. I'm definitely not happy with this. You have lost a customer. Man, if you are having a bad day don't vent it out to a customer.

Hours on google maps for Sundays says open till 9pm. I drove 30 minutes to buy dog food only to find it closed. Hours on the door say closed at 6 on Saturdays and Sundays, open till 9 every other night. Please get with the 21st century and update your google store hours. Driving 30 mins home now :(
