First of all the call centre is the happiest call centre I have ever called. 100’s of calls made and 100% of them have been answered by a friendly helpful rep. You can feel that they want to help you as best they can. 10 out of 10!I have met dozens of inspectors and they all have been extremely knowledgeable. Help and clarification is what they have always provided. 10 out of 10!The cost/benefit is without question in my favour.Well done ESA!

Every phone operator at ESA were amazing. Very professional and polite.Our inspector Zoltan was great as well. He pointed out discrepancies that ensured the longevity and safety of our project. He was pleasant to deal with and responded to messages immediately which is highly appreciated. We need more guys like this!

As a new electrical contractor I deal with ESA on regular basis, I have always received outstanding service and the inspectors I dealt with are friendly, professional and always helpful! For those who think that ESA is just a money grab I strongly disagree as some of the electrical installations that I have come across are unacceptable and an accident waiting to happen. We are lucky to have such an amazing agency looking out for our safety!

The call center personnel are quite frequently very nice and easy to talk to.The services provided however are abhorrent.More often than not I find myself waiting around all day waiting for the inspector to grace me with his presence or even acknowledge my attempts at communication.They seriously need to adopt a reasonable standard as we have enough on our plate as electrical contractors without having to deal with the lack of understanding and reasonability.

Avoid esa at all cost. They don’t help, and threaten you to shot you down bc they find things existing and now you have to pay thousands of dollars to rd wire. After it’s re wired the inspector made me change a staple, when I took out the staple, it had a tiny mark from the staple I moved and made me re wire everything. When I asked about how to do things so he can approved it he said “ I can’t help” They are not there to help, they want make money on silly things instead of checking for loads and things that could save my house from fire. AVOID ESA AT ALL COST!

They cancelled my final inspection the same day. Tried calling David the inspector left messages/text no call back. Tried calling Senior inspector Matt he just sent me a text back we cant today! Not acceptable. No respect for our personal time. Waiting for the GM Steve Nelson to call me back will see if he does???>?>?Inspector really doesn't do much just look at high level stuff they should really focus on the wiring on rough in inspection - really just a cash grab in my opinion. 1st time and last time will ask for inspection. Now I know why not many people do it.

So far they have been very knowledgeable and fair. Prices are on website and IMO reasonable. If you aren't getting inspections done your electrician is probably cutting corners. Also if you have a good electrical contractor he will know how to stay up to code without spending too much.

If I can give them a zero, I would. Their agents and inspectors are rude with outrageous prices. This agency is redundant and useless and only make money because of the bureaucratic red tape in placed for them to be in existence. But they claim it is for our safety. No, it is in place for them to make a huge pay day... Where are the prices that their inspectors quoted on their website? There is nothing listed publicly. We got to take their word for it and that is it? We just need to spend just under a thousand dollars for a 30 second inspection? Wow, talk about inflated prices and a scam. But don't worry, our safety is their concern.

Be aware , Certificate or report Issued BY ESA means nothing, as often they do not even send inspector , they just issue a report , learnt the hard way, Relied on their report by reading PASSED, Paid electrician based on that , to find out so many Hazardous issues with his workmanship , when I called them, I was told sometime they do not even go to inspect and the report they issue Means Nothing, go figure .....

Absolutely perfect end to end service.Call center agents are super friendly and professional, and the wait time was very short. The inspector they sent me couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgeable and professional. AMAZING work team, keep it up.
