Happy to share a review of their plumbing service. We had a clogged bathroom drain and I tried to take off the trap under the sink and the pipe basically crumpled and fell apart. Solutions Plumbing was able to come out the next day and replace the pipe, and fix the clog (which was further down the line). Fast and friendly and affordable. Highly recommend.

Solutions plumbing has done 2 water tank replacements for us (personal and rental) and are highly recommended! They were very professional each time, and very upfront about costs and all of our options. Excellent service and excellent results.

Kent was very accommodating and the the plumber came on time and completed the work installing our hot water tank. Stephan was great and installed in two hours. Knowledgeable, efficient and professional and price came in lower than quoted - always nice. I would highly recommend this company.

Kent and his crew just hooked up our gas heater for our swimming pool and we couldn't be more delighted with the service we got from them. I called several plumbing contractors to install both a new toilet and kitchen faucet. Only Solutions Plumbing was able to send a technician to the house the next day. Marcus was polite, professional and had the jobs completed within a couple of hours. He was efficient and carried out the tasks extremely well. Will definitely be using Solutions in the future for our plumbing needs.

Highly recommend! It is rare to find a reliable plumber who is knowledgeable, budget conscious and genuinely cares about their customers. Being a smaller business with less overhead, I believe I got a great price replacing my hot water tank. Kent took his time explaining my options to figure out what setup worked best for me and my family!

We used them for two service calls after the recommended local company said the wait time to see a technician would be 2-3 weeks. Solutions came out the next day for both issues and had it fixed quickly. They were able to work with us with two awkward work schedules, communicating by text and phone with new updates. Payment is done through email and is so fast.(1) one night in winter our furnace room flooded. We called solutions, they came out next day. The technician recommended a new tank (the leak was a manufacturer defect on the inner wall and the tank’s insulation was soaked). It was installed 3 days later.(2) a couple weeks ago we turned our AC on. The machine outside ran, but there wasn’t any cold air blowing in the house. The thermostat gave us a warning. After failing with a local “recommended” place - the thermostat listed them as the number to call - and their terrible customer service, we called Solutions again! They came out the next day, found us a replacement part, are trying to claim warranty on the part on our behalf so we don’t have to pay as much, and had it installed by the end of the week. We are still waiting to hear on the warranty thing, but I’m so grateful I’m not the one doing it and I have AC again as the temps hit 30C.

Kent is awesome! Extremely knowledgeable and efficient, along with very fair pricing and the best quality products! He helped me out with a bunch of jobs couldn’t ask for any better! I will only use Kent’s services at Solutions Plumbing for any future jobs!

Had Kent and the boys replace our aging water heater and tie in our roughed in-floor heating. Absolutely fantastic work. Always on time and the work is of the highest quality.
