We had a very disappointing experience where the car was not ready when promised and seemed to have been forgotten.

Polite and prompt.

Made me wait 20m just w/ no clients ahead of me just to drop off the car key (for regular 6mo service).I'm now going to be late for my upcoming meeting at 2pm... thank you?

Great experience with this service center - came in to hopefully get my car looked at - they had the car for less than 3 hours and fixed the issue. Expected it to at least take 2 days and they had it done in less than 3 hours! Great work Pacific Mazda!

Had a positive experience with salesperson Mikayla as I sought a test-drive, trade in, and ultimately made a purchase of a new Mazda. While any negotiations with any car dealership generally seem like a bunch of smoke & mirrors, it was at least a brief exercise, and I received a very fair trade-in price for my non-Mazda vehicle. Mikayla and the other sales people I dealt with were very knowledgeable about the vehicle and trim levels I was considering, and the team in Finance did a great job getting me approved and on the road the same day.This location is a bit cramped on the lot due to construction, but I understand that they'll be moving uptown in a year or so. The showroom, waiting lounge and business offices are all modern and comfortable (good coffee, too!). Service desk is friendly and responsive.All in all, a positive experience that saw me driving away in a great new vehicle at a good price, just hours after I had entered the dealership.
