Dr Hidalgo was rude and she didn’t find the problem I had.

We love Dr. Hidalgo and the entire staff. They are amazing with my kids and fast! I've never had to wait for an appointment and have never been pressured into unnecessary procedures. They truly care about their patients. So glad to have found them :)

I made an appointment for my daughter that was supposed to be a Complete Exam" it is totally inconceivable that only at the time of the next appointment they have to say that it was not one but two cavities that they found. so? what is the exam for? oops! We only realized two weeks after that???"

Was very excited: There was a deal which is (120$) for teeth cleaningI called them; They booked me appointment, 1 months of waiting. Later just 12 hours before the appointment: the office called to reschedule, they said the doctor has emergency, I told them my appointment was for teeth cleaning which is with dental hygienist (not the doctor) then they changed their said: and pretend the hygienist has emergency too,I was very upset and canceled, I lost the money because I took day-off from work. They don’t care about that.I am sure they give my appointment for someone else because I came to $120 deal.Very sad for long wait and not cleaning my teeth.

My dentist retired 7 years ago. I ended up going from dentist to dentist but they all either over charged me or made me uncomfortable. But this dentist office is the one! She better not retire any time soon lol. Always been honest with the prices and work that needed to be done. I begged to have as much done in one sitting as possible and she did! Other dentiss always said no or only 2 cavities at a time... Which just makes me even more nervous and I put the appointments off. This was perfect. If my son didn't require sedation, I'd bring him there too.

Today was my first appointment here and everyone I met in the office was really nice! I have some serious anxiety about getting dental work done and the hygienist was so great about walking me through the procedures and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Smiles for your mouth!

Never go to this clinic - doctor Hidalgo performed a tooth filling without full cleaning and had to charged my insurance plan way beyond the limit. I ended up getting the tooth extracted where the new dentist was completely shocked to find that it was unclean from the side.

Up till yesterday I was remarking to a client what great service I get at Dr Hidalgo's office.I needed to call last minute due to a gaping crater in my tooth and immediately the secretary worked with my busy schedule to find me an opening. WHEW!The young lady that cleans my teeth has been able to convince me of the benefits to reduce my candy intake. My teeth are cleaner and not near as much plaque. Hurrah! Who cares if it's taken near 60 years to convince me that a bon bon is not so bon!The young lady who does the billing makes it as painless as possible but the prices are great so I try not to grumble.Dr Hidalgo.....always pleasant....humours me when I refuse the needle...very gentle...telling me what's going on before it happens. Professional. When she's running late she mentions it.I don't really like going to the dentist but I know it is paramont to good health and so I go regularly. I don't floss often enough so I go VERY regular.I highly recommend Dr Hidalgo and her team.Lynn

Office staff here are wonderful and very obliging. Dr Hildago herself is very sweet, courteous, professional and she remembers her patient's families...always inquiring how they are...a nice touch!
