This place does not clean their equipment between uses. I went with friends and one person took off the headset and had brown streaks on their face of someone else's makeup that had to be washed off. I would have been absolutely disgusted to see this prepandemic but now there's just no excuse.

Horrible service, staff not friendly and even though my kid is about to turn 8 the guy would not let him on a simulator. My child is bigger than some 10 year olds, have done it before and because he is born a month away the guy was refusing. I will never go back there again and suggest no one does either. During slower days the staff is no where to be found. Newmarket VR-Escapism amazing place much better than this one.

Neat experience to try.You have two options: a few min ride in the pod or 30 mins to play a game.*Beware if you have motion sickness or don’t like 3D.

Great spot to kill some time with a great choice of games and set ups. The entry level package isn’t enough time, opt for the 48 minute version. Very helpful staff too.

This place is a lot of fun, for adults and for kids! We have taken our two sons here for each of their birthdays and they absolutely love it. Highly recommend the shooting game Revolver! I will say the ride VR games can be a bit much, my partner and I got a bit nauseous, but don't let that stop you from trying it as it was still fun!Our most recent visit was stellar, thanks to the staff member named Gideon. His customer service was top notch, and even went the extra mile to give us a few coupons because we paid for 4 people, but we only used 3 stations. He did not have to do that, but he did anyway.10/10 Service for that gentleman, thank you!

This is definitely the best venue!!!! Kids all had a marvelous time. The hosts and hostesses are so friendly, my kids absolutely love them!!!! Coming bk in October for my other son bday party.

Here right now. Kids are having lots of fun. Their staff are absolutely amazing, like so kind and patient with kids. Like best customer service ever!

Went to visit this establishment from out of town and was very disappointed compared to the last time. Came in no one around. Ten minutes later a moody, not interested in working today, employee emerges from the back. No hello or anything just says ya. So pleasant ( enter sarcasm ) we asked to use the VR set ,,,you know the whole point of the store , only to be told no they were just mopped and won’t be available for an hour come back. All of them , and it was opened for 2.5 hours already. Honestly was likely unpurpose so he didn’t have to explain how to use them or set them up since he rather be anywhere else than working at your place today. Maybe this fellow needs a new career path. Best part of these places is having an enthusiastic gamer there who wants to work. Not a miserable guy who rather be sitting on his grandmas couch for the day , let us know when he’s not working so we can come back and enjoy your place
