Purchased three lights on May 3. One Kichler light was in stock and the other two were ordered. The Kichler box looked previously opened and found after taking out some of the parts the wood slats were missing. Becky was great in shipping us the missing parts. Upon opening the nuts and bolts additional parts were missing. Pretty sure we were sold a parted out Kichler light. Will be returning the Kichler light and two other lights due to the lack of trust in what we bought.

I purchased a light and there was a small mix-up in the light that was delivered and installed. I went back to the store and showed them pictures of what I purchased vs what was installed. They searched in the warehouse and found the original light, came to my house, uninstalled the wrong light and put in the new one. The customer service was above and beyond what I hoped. The installers were efficient, extremely polite and apologetic about the mixup. I am very happy with the outcome and plan on shopping at Southern Lights for any future needs.

We we fortunate to work with Kathy Schlenberg during our lighting selection process. She was knowledgeable and attentive during our visit and subsequent emails. I can not recommend her or Southern Lights enough.

Stopped at the.end of the day and still got good service. Many many styles and types of lights, lamps and light fixtures to look at. A great place to shop for lighting.

Not too many light stores around. They have a large selection of lights, you will most likely find something you like. Prices are high. We spent around $15,000 there and probably saved about $4,000 by buying some of their lights from other vendors. We are leaving 3 stars because the staff there that we dealt with, 3 of them, was ok. One was good, the other one was so-so, the last one this week was not nice at all.

At Southern Lights , Cassandra's help in lightening choices for our home reno turned good ideas (mine) into great lighting choices (hers)! We’re redecorating our home, we have shopped all over. Then we found Southern lights they have an incredible show room, light fixtures for every room- space and so much more tables, mirrors all very unique. We worked with Sue, professional, knowledgeable an expert in lighting. She was a huge blessing. NOW the best part THEY have stock. We left with everything!!! My home will be done finished by end of July!!!!!
