I came in on an extremely hot day,the place was packed and there was only one woman working, Anu i think she said her name was. I was astonished at how quickly and organized she was at getting the orders out! And all with perfect customer service skills, smiling the whole time! I would recommend anyone wanting a nice cold refreshing treat with great service to visit this Marble Slab location!

I love marble slab for their good ice cream and unlimited mix-ins but this location is quite awful with their mix-in servings. I thought it was a one off but went a second time and same thing. I ask for double mix-ins because the staff barely give you anything (a third of their serving spoon, if even). A little expensive for what you get!

Worst Marble Slab I’ve ever visited!!!! I went in with my 2 daughters 18 and 8 years old. Not sure where to start as there are so many things I could list… here’s the jyst: Staff seemed irritated that we came in and ordered, they moved at at snails pace with a RBF the whole time. They didn’t have or were out of many basic ingredients. 2 of the 4 orders were wrong even after speaking up three times about what we wanted. Left disappointed and felt ripped off.

Went in, probably waited for 20-30 minutes before I decided to leave. Only one employee was working and she was busy fulfilling Skip The Dishes orders. Kinda sad I didn’t get my milkshake :(

Ordered two cones and both had basically nothing in terms of the toppings we asked for. My partner asked for cookie dough in hers and the was literally only one piece. Waffle cones tasted stale and they were rubbery and misshapen. One of them was supposed to be birthday cake but was beyond a doubt plain vanilla. The only thing that actually lived up to any sort of expectation was the napkins. Napkin 7/10, Ice cream 2/10. I would sooner drive to Sherwood Park to get ice cream anywhere else before coming back here.

I’ve been to this location twice and both times sucked. They don’t care about quality just wanting to make money, serving soggy chewy old waffle cones and old bottom scrapings of ice cream that clearly needed to be thrown out. For the price of the ice cream I would expect exceptional quality and service. Definitely won’t be wasting my money here again. Be warned!Ps. $15 for two small ice creams in a cup my last visit (Feb 2023) so be prepared to pay an arm and a leg.

The mouse running on the counters would have given it 5 stars, but It should be 0!Definitely need to shut the place down as a health violation.Have a whole video of the little guy too.
