Magnuson Hotel Creston
The Magnuson Hotel was an older looking motel, but our room had been remodeled. The room was comfortable for the night, with three chairs and a table, but one of the bed frames creaked with every move and we felt the bathroom was a little dirty. We could see that they were trying to put in the work, on the night we were there, they were working on picnic tables in a common area. We did not try the restaurants adjacent to the office, but seemed to be a lot of locals there on a Saturday night. There were other food options and a grocery store nearby.

Magnuson Hotel Creston
In October of 2022 my wife was rushed to the hospital from this Hotel. I had to drive in from Calgary. The staff and management went above and beyond to not only accommodating us with booking us another night, they also watched, feed, watered and walked our dog which was left in the hotel room. My kudos to the management for making a difficult situation manageable...Thank you!

Gross! Reeks of smoke, 60 year old appliances and furniture, dirty walls and floors. Bad vibes. Paid for 2 nights but couldn’t stay.Pay a little bit more and be comfortable!

I was welcomed by the staff and received immediate information regarding the available services. I was given a room in a quiet area of the hotel. I was assured my motorcycle would be safe. The in-house restaurant is excellent. Great food choices with great service. I went back there for my second night in Creston, BC.

Great location, lovely courtyard, excellent Korean restaurant.The rooms were OK, but in need of updating, especially the toilet and sink.I must say the beds were extreemly comfortable and the shower had great pressure.IT isn't the Ritz but clean, comfortable and reasonably priced.

Awesome place. Dan the manager is very cool. Nice rooms. Awesome water feature with chairs and stuff. And some fish lol. Highly recommend.

I had a pleasant experience here. The hotel was very peaceful and the scenery was fantastic. I was very satisfied with the large parking space. Facilities were kept clean and comfortable. I slept well after a long time. The staff are very friendly and reasonable in price. I will use it again next time. Thank youLocation, parking, room(bed) and view are recommendable.

Came into town to visit my grandma and needed a place to stay and refuse to pay 240.00 for Ramada hotel for a night in a small town so I looked up other choices as I am not a fan of motels as owners usually leave em run down but this place was great . The cost was budget friendly and the rooms were clean,seems to be they have updated them a bit but that didn't bother me as the bed is the most important part, it was so comfortable I slept like the dead. The room was really clean and it had a mini fridge and microwave as well . I will be staying here again when I come into town and will recommend this place as well.
