I would highly recommend London Awnings. The installers were very professional and took the time to teach me how to properly use and maintain the awning. The power failed the next day while the awning was extended and we were supposed to leave for the weekend. The owner was prepared to send someone over to close it manually so we could leave. This is a company that goes above and beyond with customer service.

Christine is fantastic. I needed a small part to fix my awning, reached out after hours on email. First thing in the morning, I had a detailed response, and offer to help. I called right away, set up an appointment and she had it ready with all paperwork. The part cost $22.00. Her time and effort definitely wasn’t worth it financially, but she earned my loyalty. I had to share my experience.

From the initial contact, consultation, product ordering (during a pandemic that has disrupted the worldwide supply chain), and final installation, London Awnings have been a top notch family run professional company. I have recommended London Awnings to a neighbour who already commented how much they liked our new Stobag awning. The electrician was here last week to perform the final hookup. Overall, a fantastic experience.

About 15 years ago our first awning was installed, with which we were most pleased as it was still in very good condition when this year we replaced it with a much larger one. As with our original awning, this new installation has garnered rave attention and interest. Having recently renovated our entire backyard, Dennis and his expert crew, Cory and Victor, managed our awning purchase and installation with absolute excellence - communication was seamless, as were timeliness, courtesy and genuine professionalism in producing a job efficiently completed. I have every respect for those who take pride in their work, and wish to thank Dennis, Cory, Victor and Christina (who is always ready to address concerns with an immediacy not common in many businesses today!). Of course, the product can easily sell itself - superior materials, workmanship, appearance and durability.

From start to finish we were pleased with everything. Great quote from Dennis. Phil & Victor excellent install. Christina kept everything and everyone on track and we had our awning 2 weeks earlier than planned. Looks amazing. Keeps the deck cool. All we wanted!!! Get the one way screen at the front, it looks great and helps a whole lot with sun protection.

We had London Awnings replace one awning and install a second awning. They are definitely one of the most professional companies that we have ever dealt with. Christina and Dennis were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The installers (Cory and Victor) were very particular and did an outstanding job. They met every commitment that they made. I'd highly recommend London Awnings!

Sharing a great experience that we've had with London Awnings. I cannot say enough about the friendly, personal, yet professional service from the 1st phone call, showroom visit and follow up in ordering, measuring and then installation. Everything was as stated and our 2 awnings were installed and explained in a few hours.The picture does not do them justice but I've had neighbour's come up to admire.We originally chose them because we saw them here in our modular estate at another home. I spoke with the owner and learned about London Awning and they were so impressed.We are in Sarnia, so we traveled to the London showroom which was lovely andchose fabric and Dennis the owner came to measure and check again to be sure our fabric pattern would be a good choice. All was perfect and a 'GO'. We waited the 6 weeks as stated, and right on time...all was done!So impressed and happy with the process fabric and quality! Lovely young people to deal with. Professional, helpful, and efficient. We were told our awning would be ready to be installed in May. We assumed late May. It arrived and was installed in early May.Cory and Victor did the install. Clean and professional.Happy days
