Pioneer - Gas Station

This gas station has best price, the have good price most the 0.8 or 0.10 save. I buy my gas only at Pioneer brantford and many pumps

This is my go to gas station. It’s a busy location but they have a lot of pumps so usually there is no wait.

I just had the worst customer service experience I have ever had at a Pioneer Gas Station. I walked in to this location and asked the cashier how he is doing. Straight off the bat he gave me attitude saying that he wasn’t happy about being there. I took the bait, and asked why is that? He replied by saying “Because it’s the holidays, I don’t want to be working!” I then replied by saying “Everyone has to do it”. He then replied “No, not everyone has to do it! There’s lots of people not working the holidays”. I countered with “I don’t think you should be complaining, a lot of people don’t have a job at all”. I then completed my transaction and left. This man is older, grey hair, glasses. Real attitude problem. This station has just lost my business. If I were you, I would teach this man to be respectful to customers and be grateful for the job that he has! Absolutely rude and should learn to address people with respect, and not some hierarchy attitude.

Used the carwash here for the first time and it sucks. It needs an upgrade. also if you are planning to get your car washed here make sure that your schedule is cleared for the day because it is one of the slowest washes I've ever been to

The actual price of gas was higher than what was advertised on google.

Pump I used was too slow and was windy outside. customer service is good

This pioneer has alot to offer other than gas.They have a touch less car wash with two vacuum stations as well.You can also use the on the run store for your convenience needs.There is a CIBC ATM machine inside the store as well.Gas prices here are good as well.I recommended this place.

Gas price is really competitive than others. Touchless car wash is like okay, not an extraordinary one. The convenience store has limited choices of items. Price for items are competitive compared to other gas stations.During my visit there was one pump taking only prepays not even pay at the pump. I bought a car wash during my gas payment that was cool.The car wash was pretty fast and the blower was good too. They have only one bay and no coin wash there.

Busy and good place for fueling up.Car vaccum is also well.But will never recommend the car wash, it's expensive and doesn't do the job well.

They treat people/customers like they are going to steal, I understand re-pay pumps but you need a lot of improvement on your communications/customer service skills! Well never return to this location ever again.
