I had SMA Exteriors do my eaves trough cleaning and minor fix to the edges and inspected my roof/shingles conditions. Their crew Alex and Bobby took care of the work to complete with very little supervision while being professional, and courteous. My experience was great right from calling their office to speak with (the other Alex) to get an estimate and scheduling an appointment. I highly recommend them.

I was looking for eavestrough and downspout installation on a new house. The roof is large and I wanted to avoid downspouts on the front of the house. Sergei recommended 3X3" downspouts. The SMA crew arrived at the agreed-upon time

Very professional service. They took on a task that had failed two other soffit repair companies and after such frustration they were able to add a more permanent solution to our detached and broken soffit.

I had SMA work on my gutters and eavestrough last year and they did prompt, good quality work at a great price. During the recent rain in June 2023, there was issue with the baffle that caused a leak in the window. After agreeing on the job, SMA was able to fix the problem within 2 hours and saved my window from more water damage. I am definitely going to go with SMA in the future for any exterior work on my home.

I could not be more pleased with the work that was done by SMA exteriors. Alex is top notch at customer service and went out of his way to help find me someone to do aluminum cladding on my front pillars. They look amazing and the project is coming along. Top marks in all categories. My Eavesthroughing got a good test drive in the storm last night and performed beautifully. No leaks. CAre and attention was taken to make sure that aesthetics were considered as well as functionality.

I emailed the company asking for a quote for my house. They gave me the cheapest prices out of at least 4 different places i contacted. They came in 2 days later and had the gutters and leaf guards installed within 1.5 hours. no issues at all. The guys were very polite and professional. Didn't waste anytime getting the work done. I'm very please with the gutters. no leaking at all. I then emailed to see if they could do my gutters on my garage a few days later. They came back the next day and got all the issues fixed and new gutters installed on my garage and again had no issues with the 2 guys that came. they both worked really hard and they did a fabulous job. very very please with the company. no issues at all with getting the work scheduled, getting the guys in to do the work, and paying was so easy. I've recommended them to all my friends and neighbours. Will contact them again in a heartbeat for any more issues with my gutters. 5 stars for sure!

I needed a repair done to an eaves trough on my home. SMA quoted the job and asked questions to see if I needed anything else while they were out for the job. I appreciated that.
